  1. Series 5 isn't as cool as Series 4. But I really like Sherlock Holmes, the Royal Guard and the Graduate Student (my favorite).
  2. Thanks for the review! Many models from 2007 MM sets suffered from strange design. But this dropship is very good, beautiful and graceful. I definitely agree that this is one of the best MM sets.
  3. Very good review. As for the set I think it isn't commendable. This martian trike is better than its predecessor, 7312 from Life on Mars, but too has ugly design.
  4. Yes, I too would have preferred a darker shade of blue. But the pieces of this new light blue colour too will find their application in MOCs.
  5. Oh! I think the visors will be trans-clear. In this invitation, the visor of spacewoman's helmet is trans-clear. Trans-clear visors were never released and there's no point making them in this colour if it won't be used in the new theme.
  6. Very sad to hear about early death of the important member of the community. Rest in peace Dieter.
  7. Usually action themes are released for two years, and TLG strongly updates them in the second year. So 2012 PQ sets could well include the ghosts of Egyptian soldiers.
  8. Thankfully, it was just a rumor, which has been disproven.
  9. "You found the exact one I dreamed up in my hallucinations". Great phrase, I'll keep it in mind.
  10. The direct link still works: http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5241/5288925676_9539de2c32_b.jpg You can also download Sajer's archive: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=49964&view=findpost&p=885083
  11. Look at 7051 and 7066. It seems green creatures are attacking humans' heads like the headcrabs from Half-Life.
  12. There are images on Flickr! http://www.flickr.com/photos/57393885@N03/5287920694/in/photostream/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/57393885@N03/5287322111/in/photostream/
  13. Great project, thanks for the link. The idea of modification of the minifigs is interesting.
  14. Don't look for inner meaning in the Lego conflicts between humans and non-humans. Otherwise it can be concluded that a huge part of science fiction promotes xenophobia too. However, this has been discussed: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=38647
  15. Are you joking? There is no xenophobia in SP3 or in any other Lego line.
  16. They look very good! I can hardly wait for the sets images.
  17. For me, it's Indiana Jones minifigure. Also, I think the Blacktron 1 Spaceman is still great and charismatic.
  18. ComputerBug, the image isn't displayed.
  19. 1.The man in safety suit. There are many cool minifigs inside series 4 but I put this guy in first place. 2.All series. 3.Variety and design of new unexplored themes. Minifigures like the painter or the musketeer greatly expand the variety of LEGO minifigures. 4.Definitely yes.
  20. Series 4 is so cool! My favorites are the footballer, the man in safety suit, the viking and the painter.
  21. My favourite minifigures inside third series are the Space Villain, the Snowboarder and the Hula Girl. I choosed space villain - all series - yes. When I saw the space pirate in the first low-quality images, it seemed strange to me. But now, after the detailed photos, I like this cybernetized neoblacktron spaceman very much.
  22. I was hoping in vain for a new alien's head. I'm still going to get this minifigure, but not more than one. The big rarity of fishermen is frustrating, of course. Maybe we'll see this rod detail in new City harbor sets? I can imagine a man with fishing rod in the Lighthouse set, for example.
  23. A theme about the alien invasion? Yes, it sounds promising. City Space is just the subtheme with 4-5 sets, I don't think its release marks absence of a new sci-fi space theme.
  24. I started supporting Sebastian after Monza 2008 and now I'm very happy for him!
  25. An image from Flickr: Is it blood or mud on his undershirt?
