  1. Well, I tend to buy large amounts of Bionicle, usually on Bricklink. So to control that I can buy one line (ie. the six Bohrok) a month. I've pretty much broken that rule to jumpstart my collection... I also buy the new sets that come out, but usually get them for gifts and stuff since they're easy to obtain.
  2. How dare you put silver Bionicle spines in a bin labeled crap?! Lolz. I sort based on color and sometimes piece (I'm a Bionicle collector). I put them in bins that are clearish and stack them ontop of eachother. I usually break down sets, (except the really cool ones) but keep the instructions and inventory sheets incase I want to rebuild them.
  3. Okay, Ill do (draw) a few viilans, heroes, and Agori. How many of each should I invent? Also, why are Gelu, Mata Nui, and Tarduk on the list of stuff to do? We already know what they look like.
  4. Excellent job Siegfried! This is a great review on an excellent set! I now must have this set, even if I have to *gasp* do chores! Again, keep up the top notch work!
  5. Bought Metus, Raanu, Tarduk, Atakus, Tuma, Strakk, and Vorox! Well over the last week..s. And I didn't pay... My brother did... so it's "What did other peoplz buy me over the last couple weeks?" topic! Lol, I only built Vorox and Strakk so the others will be reviews in the reviewer's acadamy.
  6. Wait, I too have some questions, firstly, how do you make profit with that articles strategy? You just pay yourself back for the price of the sets! Also, what if I'm a Bionicle collector?
  7. Frankly, I'll do a little of everything, not much MOCing though (it's kinds pricey when ordering all pieces off of Bricklink), just the one I already have a part list for.
  8. I wasn't even thinking about going to Miniland first! Hmm... When I was little, I remember going to LLC and eating a ton of those Apple Fries! I'll remember that loop tip when I'm there. About the commemerative brick, I'm part Norwegian (mum) part African/Indian (dad), so I'll look the part!
  9. Okay, I'm going to get the Excavator, Front Loader and a toss up between the big Fork-lift, the Cherry Picker, and the Telescopic Handler.
  10. Thanks Sieg! Sadly I doubt I'll ever get the Crawler Crane, it costs more than the new Crane Truck! So now it's narrowed down to these seven and I want three: - 8294 Excavator - 8284 Tractor - 8292 Cherry Picker - 8263 Snow Groomer - 8416 Forklift - 8435 4WD - 8420 Street Bike Thanks to everyone who has helped so far!
  11. Just theorizing, but if I could only get three of the eight studless over 1000 piece sets, which should I get? - 8436 Truck - 8421 Mobile Crane - 8285 Tow Truck - 8274 Combine Harvester - 8275 Motorized Bulldozer - 8297 Off Roader - 8294 Telescopic Handler - 8258 Crane Truck
  12. Thanks for all the advice guys! So far I think there are a few medium sets I'm contemplating on: - 8294 Excavator - 8265 Front Loader - 8416 Forklift - 8284 Tractor - 8264 Hauler and these are some that I'm not to sure about... - 8292 Cherry Picker - 8288 Crawler Crane - 8263 Snow Groomer - 8435 4WD - 8420 Street Bike Please tell me which or if any of these sets are good and why. Thank you! Note: I consider medium to be more than 500 pieces but less than 1000. Edit: What does it mean when you cal me the OP?
  13. Sorry, but from what I've heard, LEGO has a policy that they won't make any realistic war vehicles. I personally don't mind though, I like other LEGO products. Then again, I could see a little kid begging his mum, "Can I get da new war legoz? Hitler's Throne Room looks real cool!" Mum:
  14. I'm just getting into Technic, but I don't want to go overboard, so I'm asking you Technic peoplz which sets (from '04 to now) are the best. This is so I can "test the water".
  15. We got a new plan: Friday: Travel Day Hours: N/A Saturday: LEGOland Hours: 10am-9pm Sunday: SeaWorld Hours: 9am-11pm Monday: Universal Studios Hours: 9am-8pm Tuesday: San Diego Zoo Hours: 9am-8pm Wednesday: LEGOland Hours: 10am-8pm Thursday: San Diego Wildlife Park Hours: 9am-8pm Friday: Travel Day Hours: N/A Also, five days!
  16. Well I just made a pretty cool Glatorian (I think, though it is definitly not as good as Antrozek or Vertea). I haven't made a profile yet but will once I think of a name, anyone willing to help? Sorry about the size, I took it with my iPhone, but will get a better pic with scanner when I get home. Also I lost my gray marker so the weapon is in pastel!
  17. Cool Parasite Launchers! I'm working on a lime and orange Glatorian we could somehow tie in. I have the part list, I just need to sign up and order them from Bricklink. Also, I might try my hand at drawing something...
  18. Well this goes back to when I was StrakkAttack ( ) on BZPower. I wanted to get into the community more, so I was looking for some RPGs to play. I found this one I liked, so I started to think of ideas for character names. I love Italy and I wanted an Ice Character so I translated "ice" into Italian. I got the word "glassa" and I though, "I love archeology and glas is a nice sounding prefix." So I just got rid of the "logy" and turned the s to c!
  19. On BrickStructures.Com, they have these (no Fallingwater yet) but they cost more. It says they are signed by the Artist (I forget his name). Does this mean the instructions are signed or what?
  20. Thanks for all the suggestions! The Wildlife Park sounds really fun, I'm sure my little brother will love it! Now I think instead of a free day we'll go to the beach in the morning and the the hotel and "free day" stuff in the afternoon. Sorry though, no one in my family is a ship lover!
  21. Does BrickLink have every Bionicle Piece? I can't find the vehicle plating from 2008, and there a lot of pieces (like the hands from '01-'08) in the Technic sections... It'll be hard to build a MOC with the way they have the piece database set up...
  22. Don't worry miss, as soon as they hatch you won't worry about a single thing...
  23. Hmmm.... I'll have to try that ride. And yeah Shamu is pretty fun, I saw him once when I was young. I just went to the Disneyland website and they now have some newer rides geared towards teens. And yeah, some of LEGOland does seem to be for little children, but I don't care, at Eurobricks, we're all children at heart! Oh, and I'm a Bionicle fan, so PAB doesn't hold any interest for me. Sadly I do not have a bunch of money. I used to have like 200$ some dollars but it just dissapered... I bet it was the cleaning lady! ~Glacarcheo~
  24. There are now eight more days until I board my flight. Please reply! ~Glacarcheo~
  25. Damn! I really wanted to collect all of the Architecture series. I already have the Guggenheim but now there is no point in getting the ones I don't like cuz I won't be able to get this one. Does anyone know which of the littler ones are good? Err Fallingwater is my favorite building and now it shall never be mine!
