What actually happened with the Eiffel Towers earlier in the year? When I went to check out the toy sale, there were heaps of Eiffel Towers lying around. With all these clearance items leading up to Xmas... it makes me wonder what's going to be on for clearance on Shop@Home website this year. Last year, I think they had the MTT Trade Federation on sale. That was awesome! Anyone got any hunches?

There's no way in hell K-Mart can be making money on the AT-OTs. It's a loss-leader to induce customers to come in-store. I do a lot of price matching of Sydney stores but I don't price match loss-leaders. Bargain for you guys!

I don't know man, but from what I can tell, he'd be making less than a dollar off the Lamborgini through the sale itself assuming postage is exact.... Must be using the lego as promotional loss leaders. He's got plenty of other stuff for sale on his site. Site looks real enough.

The Police Van's are an old item and have been long discontinued my friend. Yea, I don't understand the whole thing about Shop@Home operating from Denmark. It costs them heaps to come here since they get shipped first from Denmark to UK, then from UK to Australia. It's nuts!

I have a feeling that the Venice Canal Chase has a lot of smaller parts than the Fighter Plane. It usually explains the difference in project costing with sets.

Have any of you seen the Motorised Bulldozer on discount from Myers anywhere in Sydney? I saw the Taj Mahal, Police Station and Eiffel Tower but no technic motorised bulldozers :(

I highly doubt the AT-OT will be selling at KMart for $380. It will probably be at $399 in line with the rest of its pricing schedule for Lego items.
