If so, then why is it that every year, around the same time, we get prelim pictures of SW sets with this "confidential" mark on it? I looked on my Taun Taun, and it had obviously Lego molded into it, but it also said 2008 on it. If that's actually when It was made, which I think it was,, then that would mean that Lego has already made the final set and everything that goes in it before we even know what the list is. The "prelim" pictures that we get are probably outdated - they're probably the ones that Lego made a long time ago when they were actually designing the set. And I agree completely that if they seriously were CONFIDENTIAL, and not to be shown, Lego wouldn't let them out just like that... Not that I have any proof to back this up, but I have always thought that Lego 'accidentally' leaks these 'preliminary' pictures every year to see what we think of them.

I figured that it would be, you just sounded so.....confident, I thought that you may have known for sure or something, and wanted to know if you could 'prove it'. I agree with that, and Lego seems to only be making either Clone Wars or OT right now. I love the Clone Wars line, I hope that they continue it, you just never know when they are going to thrown out something new...

I would have to go with Episode III line. I loved all of the sets then, and didn't get any of them. I liked the design of them from that time. My favorite packaging would have to be this year's Clone Wars box art. I just love the Clones being on the box and the red writing.

Really? All of this over a small 'thing' in the background of a blurry pic? Why not just wait until HQ pictures are released later this year? I don't really know which way to go on this one right now. I see what you guys are talking about but whether or not I see anything of importance is a question... Who knows what it is, but for now I'm reserving my opinion...

Sorry, I personally agree with some of that about the TIE Crawler, but I still like it (I also like the Hyena), however my least favorite set would have to be either versions of the Sith Infiltrator or the T-16. I like Darth Maul, but the first version looked really bad IMO, and the second one (for me at least) fell apart every time I picked it up (among other things...). And the T-16 just sucked in my opinion. There was no real cockpit, the minifig was boring, and to me just a bad set.

I'm going to say that the battle pack counts are fake, but the other sets' counts are not fake, maybe just subject to change being prelims and all...

Unfortunately for me, I think I might just have to get all of them... I have the old ARC, but would really like to have a new one, as I'm missing pieces (got it from a friend who doesn't care about Lego anymore), I missed the first landspeeder and Tri-fighter (and need every minifig in the landspeeder - I don't have any of them), the TIE looks awesome, and the rest are all just so amazing!

Hey, I recently bought the 8039 Venator-class Republic Attack Cruiser, and have been having some problems with it. I was wondering of anyone else was having a problem with the bottom falling off. For me, after a short while of using the handle, the entire bottom eventually completely separates from the rest of the ship. Any suggestions? - CaptainRex110

Looks like 242 to me. However I don't expect it to be that large so that sounds almost right. But also, don't forget that they are preliminary.

Note the ball joints for the arms and how they can move. I really hope that we can get one of those - that would be great!

Image? I'm looking forward to the Turbo tank (I missed the 1st one) and Plo Koons (it sounds interesting). But then again I like them all! (except GG Fighter - 1st one was only ok)

Can you give minifigs for any other set? (Battle Packs maybe?) Also, yes, the TIE Interceptor was from 2006.

I kinda think that the orange guy on the left looks like he has the new Clone visor on the helmet. Somewhat like this: Just switch the angle and it kinda looks like it. Not that this really means anything.

4 months really isn't that much if you think about it. We usually know about sets between 4 and 6 months before their release.
