Finally i found a guide to solve the mystery of decals...Ive been looking for ages a guide about decals. I was bit suspcious (is that how you spell it ? ) about printing them on a regular paper, but your guide solved it all. Thank you!

The sharpie is called "Staedtler" and its waterproof..Thats all i can tell about it. Not that i wouldnt want to, but i dont actually know much about it. For less blurry pic, i think im trying to ask my buddy... He has a LOT better camera. Oh..the color holds well, ive attempted to scratch it, but failed. Thank you for all the comments.
