It looks way more better than the Fire Brigade. I tried to like the FB but ending up not bying it cuz it just couldn't compete with CC and GG. I think I'm buying this. I don't get the same wow-factor as with CC. But it's certainly one step in the right direction. This building will look great as a skyskraper, for you lucky one can afford several units.

I also had this once upon a time. I remember it a bit boring. It lacks interior! There´s no stable, no place to eat, no blackmill etc. Ofcourse you can add it your self but I remember I was disappointed about the big green empty castle yard. I remember thinking the yellow castle my friend had was cooler (except fore the horses) The knights in the yellow one had cooler visors! ;) I can see the charm in some old Lego sets, but not in this one.

Thanks! Number of bricks: 5675! Is there an easy way to se number of bricks? I got it after html the building instructions.

I don´t have to buy everything at the same time. The houses are bulit individually:) I also think/read somewhere (?) it will be cheaper if I don´t buy the bricks from Design by me.

Nice set! I noticed that Chase have black hair on box pics. And also Trace have different torso with big boobs. EDIT: My mistake. I guess Mania3 just put the wrong hair on Chase and the Chase torso on Trace. Solved.
