The latest Toyworld catalogue (participating stores only) is out and while the savings on the Lego isn't too great they are offering a bonus Darth Maul Minifigure(shirtless) with the purchase of any Star Wars Lego from the Catalogue. On Sale from Thursday 29th November.

For those in Perths east, Toyworld Midland and Kalamunda had some vouchers in Saturdays Echo newspaper (local paper) one voucher was for 50% off 1 item valued at $30 or less and then there was 2x30% and 2x25% off vouchers to be used 1 per item. A friend managed to pickup 8403 for 30%off today from Midland. I have 2x25% vouchers if anyone wanted them.(valid till saturday I believe)

Target Morley has the Small Gandalf set and the Shelob Set as well as some other LOTR sets. (both sets on table as soon as you walk in the entrance, also some on the side wall Right side of the store)

Myer Morley has Helm's Deep and the Uruk-Hai army sets they are hard to find, look for the Lego Head (sorter) They are behind and below them not in plain sight.

For anyone in Perth looking for some of the polybag sets, Creator,City,Racers there is a store in Fremantle "Saras Lolly Shop" (near timezone)that has some of these. Prices varied but none were more than $10.

BigW in Midland had the Kings castle reduced to $98 However I picked one up on clearance for $70, you will find most "clearance" items that aren't consistent in pricing over all stores are "quit" lines where managers can reduce to what they see fit or not reduce at all. (hit and miss with quit lines)

Well it was going to happen eventually, checked one BigW tonight and someone thought it would be a good idea to open up around 30 minifigs and leave them behind. If anyone sees this kind of behaviour give em a clip around the ears. Did spot the Log Cabin at Midland Target.

Target has reduced the Adventures in Bikini Bottom #3834 to $34.50 (Half Price) I found one at my local Target but it could have came from a cancelled xmas layby. edit: set number

Kmart sold these xxl1600 tubs/buckets (5589) last year as well, different shape than this year but it more than likely has the same pieces. Last years one was on the Lego shop@home pages for AUD$129.99 to give everyone some idea of what the Lego R.R.P was. I agree these toy sales are the worst we have had for some time and this year would be the first time for a long time that I wont venture down to Kmart for the Toy Sale. And hopefully Target has a decent half price set this year.

I managed to get to the Morley store just after 9 this morning and they had no cargo trains on the shelf and the worker we spoke with said that was it. But I'm guessing some more appeared during the day? Anyway after leaving empty handed I went home. But I couldn't be without a train at that price so we went out to Carousel at Lunch and they had around 10 left So I picked up 2 I didn't get the free membership either, but I wasn't going to stand in a cue and wait for it so we found an empty checkout to avoid the madness. No not the same price as BigW next week

Kmart should be the same time as BigW like last year, whether or not the No Deposit Layby will be back at Kmart will be interesting. The Target Toy Roadshow came through Perth about 3 weeks ago and I would expect Target's toy sale to start 2 -3 weeks after Kmart and BigW's. From what I have heard there's not much to report.
