To be honest, I really don't care what style it was, or how it looked, as long as it kept true to the feel and general storyline of bionicle. I'll take any kind of animation.

They could possibly put both on at the same time. It would be great if they had a TV show or something and then made the main charactors sets like they've done with other shows and movies. It would have to be a good show though. Don't let 4Kids get a hold of it.

Thanks for posting this, at first I thought Lego weren't going to do these. I am really surprised that stop-motion was used, I think it's a first in an official bionicle video I am almost certain it's stop-motion, they must use special flexible limbs. It's defiantly interesting to see it used. Not the biggest fan of the Nektann clones, which where made quite obvious but, hey what do you expect from a non-canon promo vid.

Amazing. the words are a little messy and hard to read, but i artwork is awesome. I''m interested to see where this goes.

Sahmad's tale is far greater than i expected. losing dreams is an interesting idea and also better than i expected. I may even go so far as to say that this is some of Greg's finest work. it's also one of the first stories told in first person, after toa nuva blog but Gali doesn't really have a personality where as Sahmad's tale actually has character to it.

http://biosector01.com/wiki/images/a/ae/Art_Core_War.png this one. at first i just ignored them but now that i look at them their too tall skinny and identical to be rocks. they could be but it doesn't look right for rocks. them being great beings is much cooler anyways. if they are though, i don't know what all of them they are doing standing around a few people fighting.

hmmm, it seems ShaddowCroc really wants to do a bionicle storyline. i think it would probably be best if we just created our own story as we would have complete freedom as to how our story went and it wouldn't get contradicted by future bionicle story lines. The bionicle future spherus magna story is an ingesting idea but it might be that spherus magna doesn't get reformed(it probably will though), the toa and glatorian merge or all matoran become toa, theres just no knowing. While i'm talking about that idea the hero factory sets don't resemble toa. I can however really see these as being futuristic glatorian as they have glatorian heads. The glatorian can learn to create new things and eventually create new futuristc armor that grants them powers or something. so we could have a futuristic bionicle story, we could create a whole new one or have it as a distant planet that mata-nui may have observed and so it fits in with the bionicle universe but is unaffected by most of the general bionicle storyline. It's what ever we decide.

I'm not complaining about humans in hero factory I'm just asking if they are any in here since the story takes place in the darkest reaches of space near a black hole. this story is supposed to be different than hero factory right, otherwise there no point to making our own.

i waited a while to respond to these sets just to think carefully of my opinions. the heroes are all right. they are impulse sets and they're good for that. i might buy Jimmi stringer and Duncan bulk, and the bad guys still interest me.yes the names bother me and they should have stuck with the surnames but i'm not so bothered anymore. oh and by the way preston is a strange name,why would an robotic intergalactic superhero be named after a town in Lancashire. i can't here it without thinking of...

found this on official Greg dialogue. thought you might find it interesting. i have to say i do look forward to this and also seeing peoples toa kaita MOCs. oh by the way aren't the 2010 serials, Sahmads tale, Reign of Shadows and journeys end. or is Joureys End an extra for north americans or released later after the book comes out.

i loved this new chapter. it has to be one of my favorite chapters as of late. artakha at the end was awsome, one of the best cliffhangers Greg has ever done in a story serial. i welcome artakha anyday and i do think it's time we got rid of the mystery and learn about him. i do, like many other people have said, wish that he would start tying up loose ends. every chapter seems to just introduce new conflicts without solving them.

I don't, Lewa pisses me off sometimes. his hyper and immature ways get annoying after a while although i do think it's hilarious how he always gets infected by something. well, he almost got his light drained by a shadow leach before tanma came.

Reign of Shadows chapter 9 is up,

Pohatu. who doesn't love pohatu. i also like tobduk. it's great to finally see a hero whose not all sissy like toa (toa are still cool though). lesovikk is also cool for a toa since he doesn't fight the toa code. (the toa codes kind of lame.)

when i eant compatible, i maean how the sets look as sets. if they look like they could fit in to the bionicle world. example ben 10 sets wouldn't work with the bionicle storyline because while they have some compatable peaces they don't look right as something in bionicle. the hf sets wouldn't work if they had human faces and such. most likeley the will look just like bionicle sets.

yeah the fact that Lego is now with Disney makes marvel sets more likely tto happen. and think of it while batman has allot of gadgets and stuff think of the guys dc has justice league sets i don't know , teen titans naw there isn't too many sets that would work for lego. marvel on the other hand has spider-man(Lego has all ready made spidey sets), fantastic 4, x-men and ironman (which has a movie coming out this year.)

yeah, i was thinking we could have an altnernate storyline for these guys kind of like the throwbots vs slizers but instead of north america vs europe, have it little kids vs older fans. we could continue the bionicle story through these sets or just have an alternate story. it is true though that Greg doesn't want to deal with sets and they might not be compatible as bionicle so the latter is more possible. the problem is i don't think enough people will care to get into this alternate storyline. the best idea would to have alternate models for the hero factory sets that will be the bionicle charcters. this would give us fans of bionicle a reason to buy these HF sets. Greg will probably still wan't to stay from sets though. we will have to wait and see how compatible these sets are.

i think the serials where great we got a little more information on what was going on with other characters outside the main plot. they where also allot more edgier than the books and especially the movies. instead of defeating their opponents but not killing them they have helryx sliced in two from a closing portal and dark mirror takua being killed by iron spikes. some serials are not as good as others but they are all a nice little extra part of the storyline.
