Murder on the Emerald Express: Discussion
Luke McAwesome replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
By "Put together", I am guessing you mean building something? If I may say so, that is a brilliant idea! ... Even though I am not a participant of the game, I would join along with what Svelte has suggested? -
Very nicely done! He really has that "Bond" feel!
-
Just because Billy Mays is dead does not mean his products will stop being made. After all, the only thing showing him on Mighty Putty and such is just a picture of him holding it showing the words: As seen on TV! But Billy Mays will be dearly missed.
-
It varies, doesn't it? I would guess when the sets have started being thought up by the designers, the pictures are taken usually while still preliminary, and usually get leaked by an undercover operative in the LEGO vault. So it revolves around when said sets are dated for release, no?

First off, welcome to Eurobricks! It's nice of you to remember these people, but there are topics for this already, and this belongs in the Culture and Multimedia sub-forum. Michael Jackson: Dead Goodbye, Billy Mays... (Incorrectly placed by myself. ) You can still go to Culture and Multimedia and post a topic for Farrah Fawcett, though.

Your concert is amazing! It's nice to have someone like you here! Welcome!

More like the Communist Association of Tyrants. CAT! Haha, I made a funny. Bye bye, Billy.

I already have the instructions. -
I loved the show, too. Why are all the famous people dying?!
-
Billy Mays has died. Not sure how, but his wife claims that she found him dead. Rest in peace, spirit of Mighty Putty. -Striker EDIT: Just realized this belongs in Culture and Multimedia!
-
Indeed. I'll try to fix it and reupload new pics. Not even the annoying Ethan Striker? And yeah, I was considering the axe thing... It might not have been the best idea. I fixed the MOC. Hope everyone likes it, now!
-
I find it hilarious that people like the story more than the MOC! Yeah, you're right. Sorry for it not being up to standards.
-
Looking good, Matn! Best wishes for the completion of this project very soon!

Awesome review, WhiteFang! This set is a beauty! The printed parts have really held up all these years! Yay!

The Treasure of the Lost Mine: Teaser and Profiles
Luke McAwesome replied to Luke McAwesome's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Malcolm "Mack" Parker is not a traitor, he's a villain throughout the storyline, unlike George McHale who goes back and forth on sides in Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Plus, Malcolm Parker's nickname doesn't even comne from his real name; it comes from his job. And George McHale doesn't drive a "Mack" semi-truck, now does he? Might want to fix that, gondortoast. I might take it for an insult. Too much work. Thanks for the idea, though! -
Thanks. But as far as the boards, you'll see in ghe next MOC. Yeah, I need to get more 1x1 studs.

Hello, everyone! Today, I present to you one of my first few castle MOCs. There's a small story I will add to the MOC... Crossing Their Paths Ethan Striker is 19 years old, and he usually finds himself in a heap of trouble wherever he goes. He's a bit too curious, and that's what lead him into this supposedly abandonded building. He slowly crawled through the window into the small building. It appears to be lit up slightly inside. Looking around, he finds an antique lantern, a coat rack and a ripped up old cloak. He thinks he hit the jackpot, he reaches for the lantern... "Hey!" He turns quickly to see a man in armor, wearing a cape with a sword on his back. "I'm sorry! I thought there was nobody in here!" "You thought wrong." "Obviously," he said with a smirk on his face. "Why do you live in this place? It's dusty, wet, and boarded up." "Who says I live here?" "Than why are you here?" "Same reason you are. I was wondering what was in here." Ethan glared at him. "Who are you?" "You're full of questions, aren't you?" More glaring from the annoying kid with the silly bag. "I'm Dano. It's not a pleasure to meet you." "You certainly know how to make a good impression." "Whatever you say. But I'm getting out of here before someone hears us. See ya later, kid." "I'm with yo-" But before he could finish, Dano was already out the window, using a hammer and some nails he found to board up the window that they had both come through. "HEY!!" The man winked. "You certainly do have a way of finding trouble. I wish you good luck, and bid you farewell." "Wait! You gotta let me out of here! I'll be in big trouble!" But it wasn't worth it. The man was already walking off down the alleyway. --------------------------- See the gallery when public here. There will be more chapters in this "story", this is not the end. Thanks for looking. -Striker

Just the wolf. And I used to have the set, but over the years days minutes seconds, it got destroyed for other uses. -
Agreed. He's so small, and cute, and seems like he could destroy the world with a snap of his fingers.

Indeed! -
That's sad. Oh well, some of his songs were good. I don't really care for that kind of music, though. Well, I hope you're in a better place, Michael.
-
Hilarious!

I think gold coins and little diamonds are good enough for now, until LEGO gets more serious as far as their Pirates line.
