  1. Please refer to the tutorials in my signature.
  2. Welcome, I'm a little shocked that a common name like Dustin wasn't already taken. Lucky you!
  3. All you can do is refer them to the part pack number.
  4. I don't have this set yet, but according to bricklink there is no gold in this set at all. All the PotC sets that have gold in them should have the new shiny chrome, unless it's really old stock.
  5. Oh wow, what a perfect use for the new Han piece, it's crazy how accurate your creations are.
  6. I love the wooden watchtower, the construction makes it look weathered, very cool. Overall it's a great scene.
  7. I can check my set later, but I'm pretty sure there is supposed to be gold, they must of used those as a temp replacement. Very odd.
  8. I think that I'd the obvious reason, but still inquisitive minds should check the pinned topics before posting a new thread to see if they address their question, not knowing what they are called just proves the user took no time doing any research.
  9. Which set was it? Also it was the old style shiny gold? That's the first I've heard of that.
  10. This is such a fantastic review of a brand new series and set. Your images are top and I mean top notch. I like how you present your content and you cover the set from a good AFOL angle. Seeing these reviews pop up is making the dino series look very tempting.
  11. OK, wow this series is awesome, those dinosaurs were done so well. I haven't been following the Dino discussions so for me this is my first time seeing any bits from the Dino line, I must say I like what I see.
  12. Wampa battle pack anyone?
  13. Actually I believe it's order 66.
  14. I loved that movie and this MOC represented it very nicely. Did you use a blacklight to make this parts glow?
  15. Now that is cool, I can say that I have never liked those micro fig's at all, but this might be the exception. The village is so nicely done and it's the perfect scale for those micro fig's.
  16. I remember you, welcome back.
  17. This should answer your question.
  18. Bonaparte is correct, your images were just massive, way too big. I've removed your image tags as that took me a while to load and I have extremely fast internet. Please re-size them and feel free to re-add the images once re-sized if you'd like.
  19. Ooh, I had not seen the one that haas santa and a tree, I might have to get that one.
  20. Taz, this looks great, even if the waterfall is just water, I love the technique you used, it really shows the white water bubbling at the top of the fall. The mountain side is great as well, very nice rock work.
  21. I hate to say it because depending which time I look at it, I sometimes don't see it, but at times the cone looks like a carrot. The shop is awesome, but the first time I saw it, I saw a carrot. Do you have a tan piece like the one you used, the one on there now looks very orange.
  22. The series 5 clown didn't have hair, he only has a blue hat, I think you want the red hair from the clown in series 1.
  23. Well, I didn't expect you to come in here and understand my post so well. You are right, my nephew is 6 and lives Mario Kart, he doesn't know a LEGO brick from real one, and at this point I'm going for favorite uncle over future AFOL, there is plenty of time for that once he is older and appreciates his toys more.
  24. It's small but it's anything but basic, the different color foliage really make it pop and the tree building technique is superior to TLG's. I'd buy this set. And you've photographed it beautifully
  25. I bought monsters 4 specifically for the heads, I compared the prices on bricklink for a comparable number of the same heads and the game was cheaper, plus you get all the other parts.
