Very true, I just remember all the trouble the 7666 set brought with being backordered, peoples orders getting cancelled yet oithers got orders the next day almost.

The last set I ever built and remember playing with as a child was this badboy. I just barely took it apart a few month ago and cleaned all the pieces one by one.
Well I know there is a tutorial for linking pictures but after viewing them, number 1 is the only great shot, the rest seem to be drowning in a flash or bad lighting.
I must say that the HALO helmets are pretty cool.
Being that it's so old those are very basic setups and probably wouldn't cost a whole lot to make in real life. The windows would be the only expensive part.
Some of your pics are really blurry, I'd consider retaking them, otherwise it's a good review. Unfortunetaly for me you don't get enough with this set for the money. My money would be better spent on the Endo base set
I think LEGO created this theme for kids to have fun but obviously adults work for LEGO so they probably had fun with it and made it as real as possible so that kid's wouldn't loose interest.

Yup, they know that people with Bentley money have more omney for Bentley computers. I bet the majority of the cost is the Leather? or Suede? I'm not sure what it is but it's expensive.
