  1. Those are some nice colors, almost like a tiger. The cars are getting so aerodynamic, it's just silly. But nothing beats F1.
  2. I'd love to go, but I'm in the wrong Country.
  3. What are you trying to accomplish with the lighting? Just general light in the room, or did you want a cdertain effect? I'd be happy to help but I need to know what you want to do. Like I said, the lighting you already did looks really cool.
  4. Awesome fort, I really like the curved work, as well as the dock and water. Seems like the scene is zoomed in upon and could easily be zoomed out to see a full base. Great job.
  5. Additional views, excellent. My comments still stand, this was a very thoughtful thing to do and it looks great, seems to really cater to the couple.
  6. That's so unfair, the canadian dollar is damn near equal (I havent checked in a while), if not worth more than the US, and TLG ignores this.
  7. Great advice, I'm currently housing 3 SW Home One sets for this same reason.
  8. Excellent review, I did not know what these were going to look like, they are very bionicle'esqe I actually think it's kind of cool (coming from a non-bionicle fan)
  9. Thanks, that's good to know and you have just solidified my decision.
  10. That seems simple enough, why not? The number is there, might as well use it up.
  11. Oh man, congratulations on getting the display, those looke great, I see a few new ones that I can't wait to see on the forums in more detail.
  12. Wow, that's alot of just plain custom work. Pretty much the only thing "normal" is the torso. Great job, really creative fot he legs and head.
  13. Fun thread, I still need to make time to take pics of mine.
  14. OK, So I totoally overlooked the build shots the frist time through, those were great, I love seeing sstuff built in stages. The more I look at it the more I'm ok with the green roof, but I personally would still prefer it brown.
  15. Hey if it comes it's still worth it, savings is savings.
  16. I love the Western buzz around here lately. The tree is actually my favorite part, it's the first "dead" tree I've seen that looks really good, the flower bases were a great touch.
  17. Wow, I just looked through your whole set. I love the individual details that each person gets. This is one of those MOC's I'd love to see in person so I could just stare at it for a while, adn soke it all in. very impressive work!
  18. I think one of the main appeals of this set is the large number of minifigs for such a small (class wise) set.
  19. Both are brillaint, the bounty hunter group is just awesome.
  20. This is the Sith Infiltrator
  21. I love the ATM outside and the torso used for the bank gaurd is just perfect.
  22. I've never seen a truck like that but of course I'm in the US, but you nailed it perfectly. Looks like a dodge work van with an arm coming out of the top. Really great work. My only suggestion would be to make it a few studs taller, since those are really tall vans in real life.
  23. For real!! It means that. This is from a long time ago (1933), so back then they probably were trying to be deragatory to indians, and they probably did mean to give him an insulting name. I never knew that's what it meant, to me it's just always been an indian name of a TV indian. Google translate come back with Silly, still, I bet it was on purpose. People didn't care back then. Still doesn't take away from these 2 great custom figs!
  24. I understand what you're saying, sometimes the older sets seem more fun, adn I think it's becasue they are so blocky and look more like LEGO sets, it's only been in the last couple years that they started getting really specialized in their parts, and curving stuff. I like the discussion this review has brought up.
