  1. I was curious about this too, I wonder how long this line will last.
  2. Happy I could help.
  3. Welcome aboard!!
  4. All of my old LEGO from my childhood is in one big bin, but I cannot bring myself to mix any of the sets I've bought since getting back into lego, 95% SW, they are all in their own individual baggies, except multiples, like 5 clone battle packs all go into the same baggie.
  5. To my knowledge US Stamps never expire, the value on the stamp is always honored, but usually stamp prices go up, so you need more than one. I don't know how much a letter costs from Ireland to the US, but a regular US stamp (good for any state to state letter) costs 44 cents. So it would be more than enough here but I am not sure about an international letter. You can try poking around at www.usps.com EDIT: Here is what I found. 2 of those stamps should be fine. So my wife and I went on a road trip but before we left I had to change her oil becasue she was at that point. It was 2 degrees outside and 25 in my garage, it sucked, my oil filter wrench ended up being stripped so I had to go buy a generic rubber strap one and it dented the filter really bad, I need a specific Honda one because well, Honda thinks they are special, and the regular ones in auto parts stores(at least by me) won't work. So in all, I spent about a solid hour in my freezing cold garage for an oil change that should have taken 20 minutes.
  8. I honestly can't think of a piece that I don't like or I think shoudl be used less. Everything can be used in some way.
  9. very cool, I can even view this on my phone!
  10. Awesome job, the bridge adn train/delorean setup is impressive enough, but then you go deep down and there is so much detail. I live the tire trails, and the campfire, so much detail, great job!
  11. I don't see the images in the post, but I can go to the brickshelf folder. I like the small setup, much larger than my pirate collection. I especially like the chains for a railing, good use for that, and the fisherman's net, it looks very real.
  12. It's all speculation right now, but you should be able to make a good guess based off of the set piece count.
  13. I am the same way. I know a few people who don't wear any protection at all, but I can only tell them once how I feel about gear. After that there's no point, because it will only make them frustrated with you. I always preach one time my views on the importance of gear, after that, they know how I feel and if they want to slide on the concrete in their bare skin, unfortunetaly it's their choice. No offense to your uncle, I say the same thing to everyone who does'nt wear gear, even my brother in Law. Congrats on the possible car, we may have to jump to the other thread, any idea wht kind? If you don't mind me asking how old are you? Are you just getting your car license??
  14. Woot, Happy Birthday!
  15. OMG, this is going to get expensive. I must have the Wampa Cave set, the new Slave 1, Grevious' ship, that imperial shuttle, adn maybe the tank. I love the wampa, and the new grevious looks pretty cool. Thank you for the pictures!! Ooops! I can't find the page you're looking for You were incorrectly referred to this page by: www.eurobricks.com Kim already had the pics up.
  16. I'm torn, I really liek the design, including the thing legs, but then the other side of me thinks the legs are too thin. I'm going to side with the side that likes it.
  17. Very true. Now to exit stage left before I become an off topic SW poster. Thanks again, I think I owe you a new review now.
  18. Thanks, maybe in like 3 years when my posting levels out, I'll be eligible for the new one. I'm not holding my breathe though.
  19. The Imperial Star Destroyer, 6211 Only becasue this was one of the first sets I built after getting back into LEGO, and there was a lot of technic stuff, adn large pieces with small instructions.
  20. Haha, I actually thoguht the same thing when I saw you had won again, I'm like, hasn't he won multiple times in the past? You deserve it though, great creations.
  21. Hey at least you got something, I'd love for a trashbag full of random LEGO's to get dumped onto me.
  22. I never went as far as to complain, but I remember getting frustrated as a kid, not being able to buid some of the alternate models, because well, I was a little kid.
  23. I agree, they are way to geared towards kids, it's literally just a kiddy cartoon now. Really sad.
  24. I'm not a BSG fan,. so I have no idea what it "should" look like, but yours is awesome. It reminds me of a Jedi Starfighter, except with a bigger nose, aka, probably more power. I can dig it!
  25. I have to agree.
