  1. No clue, but thanks for the comparison shots, its cool to see the differances.
  2. This is kick megablocks. I really like the greebling and small details. Also how skinny the legs are I'm not sure why I think it and so much to it but it makes it look better in my opinion.
  3. I like it, I especially like that we get to see the inner structure. Very inventive.
  4. I actually think it was Avatar.
  5. Being 10 years older than gluing was luckyenough as a child to have some of those sets you talk about. Luckily I still have them. I think you'll find EB can handle pretty much anything LEGO. Enjoy!
  6. Haha, tell me about it. Welcome to the forum, I've already seen some of your good work!
  7. Don't underestimate the power of the new SW sets. They just keep getting better. Welcome o the forum.
  8. Ha, thatswhat I thought when I joined, but the SW line of LEGO was like a gateway drug back into all of Lego for me. Unless you were not a fan of Lego as a kid, then I could see you staying soley with one line. Welcome either way!
  9. Marxism is synonymous with communism. Which is what he was getting at, since TLG saw something they didn't like and just made it dissapear. Now I understand that a lot of kids on this board wont understand that yet, and there are a lot of kids here. We need to keep in mind that the Lego forum is not public domain it is a privetly own forum controlled by the owner. They have the right to remove anything they want for any reason or even for no reason. You can't claim freedom of speech in a privetly owned venue. Now this doesn't mean I agree with them being so overprotective, which they are but it is fully their right to remove any thread they wish.
  10. The option is still there. When subscribing to a thread you can choose "daily email digest" which is a once daily email with all the new posts. It doesn't matter how many times you visit, you still only get one email a day. If you want the board to email you after you leave that a post us been made, but then Waugh, you want it to wait for a few more posts? How many? How is the board supposed to know. The option you are set at is the only one that will give you immediate results.
  11. Awesome review! I love the comparision since I don't have any previous versions. I have yet to build this, but now I really want to.
  12. My exact thoughts, I really like them.
  13. That's a really cool way to display the force, but also suspend the fig. Nice work.
  14. The only issue I know of is the one you are making. Just let people call it what they want. Its LEGO, its supposed to be fun.
  15. Wow, this is the kind of MOC you don't take apart. Really stunning. I want blue ray versions before 3d.
  16. Haha, great job. I love the cut away room so we can see completely inside, plus you photographed it really well. expect to see it on our blog soon. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  17. I was upset with he distribution selections the LEGO group used. I had vented how I wanted them but it seemed impossible. So I posted what I posted. Then 10 minutes later on my drive home from work, I decided to stop at a toys r us just for the heck of it to see if they had any. Turns out they did and bought them. Its funny how your luck can change. I'm not the only one to vent my dislike for the way TLG handled this first series.
  18. If you need to pass some time you can find the thread in the community forum that has a history of members titles. I learned if you don't worry about them and just be a good participating member, a title will probably find you. Arrrr!
  19. Man, I hope so a sealed box would make my month.
  20. Mine will likely stay in individual baggies in storage like most of my LEGO.
  21. That would be epic, I can't imagine that MOC getting any bigger.
  22. Really awesome entry, best of luck in the contest. I know it's splitting hairs, but I wish there was one more room with Vader in his chamber, just waiting.
  23. I agree, it looks like you are completely on the right track, but the yellow really throws the color scheme off. THose platforms were pretty much all grey.
  24. Cool, MOC, a very good use of torso's and legs. I really likek your rockside and beach, it'd make a great scene for a pirate battle.
  25. Great review, I really love the in depth overview. You take really good pictures!
