I like the replication factor, you really reproduced a near perfect example. I must direct people to also check out your station thread as well if they haven't. There are many more good pictures there. I like how you populate your train with so many friendly people, it really helps the scene.

This is quite stunning, I was expecting an actual black hole and was curious how that was going to look. This really brings me back to one of my favorite blacktron sets, but you have way more blacktron pieces than I do. Very impressive and I love the lambda class ques it has. The size is really impressive.

Thanks for the info Aanchir, I've checked the seasonal section at target and all I find is the world racers and Atlantis pooybag promo type set. I'll have to scour around my walmarts better. Where these end caps in the toy section at least?

Ii agree with Legoman, the ucs, willalways be better in almost everyway except figs. Especially if you are collecting them.

This is just beautiful. I love the picture progression too. The power poles are really cool, I like how you made them out of the tall stud pieces. Your tiling work is great too. The minifigure placement really makes this scene believable and look proper. Fantastic work, keep it up!

I was wondering about teh oddity at the nose of the ship, but the guitarr piece ties it all together. I love your pilot, it's not often you see a classic space torso with a newer head and hair. I like the combo.

Holy Cow, that looks exactly like a real hotel. I've never seen one so identical to the real thing, which unfortunetaly is bland, but you did nail the copy almost to the T.

Agreed, the decal looks really good but Vader is cheap and easy to come by. Why the decal if you don't mind me asking?

I love it, it's like a conference room in a ship. The big open area is perfect for setting scenes, and display, yet it closes up to be a ship. As mentioned, your collection or orange bricks is quite impressive.

Nice MOC, I wonder if a trail of clear studs would give more of an effect of motion? Either way I like the scene, and the suspence of the fig with the clear studs.

Where is everyone finding these inside of the Target and Wal-Mart stores?? I've checked both numerous times with zero luck. It's getting frustrating.

I love the design, it's like a giant PoP set. I really may need to look into getting some of the bigger PoP sets for the cool dome pieces. I recently saw this movie and it makes all the sets mean that much more. The tourist add a bit of humor to a nice MOC.

I think I understand what angle you were going for, but in my opinion it doesn't work so well. Maybe taking the shot from behind the shooter and up, then to the left a bit, close to your current position, just higher and more behind the shooter. Good idea though.

I would love to help you shadows but I went to my toys r us yesterday and they were already out. To shed a bit of light on the individual purchase issue, it varies from store to store and day to day. I bought 6 of the chrome stormtroopers for $1.99 each, then I went back literally the next day and they said they cannot sell them individually. So its not necessarily a dead deal everywhere, you just need to find the right store that doesn't care.
