Welcome to EB! Go on over to the "Hello, My Name Is..." board and introduce yourself! My personal advice is to build a "dock" on the water and build a house on it. That's all I have. Hope that helps! EDIT: You could use half arch pieces to achieve the top heavy look.

That's truly beautiful! I usually do not like CAD designs, but you made an awesome building! I love the fire escape, but how did you make the window frames? They are the coolest thing on the building.
