I would say go get 'em. Store displays are always neat to see in a lego store and I dont think they should be taken apart ever. Whether they would actually have any resale value I have no idea.

I limit myself to just one theme, Star Wars. I dont really have a criteria for buying sets but I try to stay away from the AFOL sets. The AFOL sets while they are fabulous are really expensive here in New Zealand and they dont really get to the shops that well and S@H shipping prices are through the roof. I buy the sets that have really iconic minifigs in them before I contemplate whether to buy any other sets like I knew I was going to buy the Battle of Endor and Mon Calamari playset last year before I thought about what other sets I should get. My budget varies quite a bit. Usually I get a few sets for my birthday and Christmas which is helpful considering sets are really dear down here. I try and buy the sets with discounts like a 20% off sale or something but if I know the set is going to popular (like Luke's Landspeeder) then I will buy it straight away and Im happy to pay full price for those types of sets. When I buy all the sets that I want from that wave Im usually facing withdrawal effects from not building sets and thats when I buy sets that are cheap and seem quirky and interesting which those prices add up.

I wouldnt be a set designer for a clone brand. If you were a megblocks designer and people asked you what you did for a job, you would say, "I'm a megablocks set designer." It doesnt have the same ring to it as saying, "Im a Lego set designer.".

Pvt. Yellman's information about a Potato Message from and investigator are false accusations. I think that the investigator wont come forward but this is rather a scheme to get people to start blurting out things they shouldnt have. So why doesnt he come forward then?

The neck printing doesnt matter anymore. It was there to tell the printing machine which side was the front of the torso. I personally would like to see it remain there because there's nostalgia behind the neck print imo.

Awesome scene Morten! Its really big and the detail is excellent, not too much to make it cluttered. Its just right. The amount of minifigs is impressive just by itself. I counted 88 stormies which is impressive according to me cause thats more than my whole minifig collection!

I dont get why the provost guards would try and kill the Lieutenant. I feel it was a private who tried to kill him but stole a provost guard's sword. It seems more plausible to me

Thats great thanks Big Cam. Thats a really great way of doing it and I like how it can be rebuilt to its former glory. Your ring binder idea is really clever cause I just pile mine up which I dont really like doing but I have no other way to store them so I might just try that one out sometime.

The lighting in the Jabba photo makes him look just so dirty. It really is an awesome photo well done.

I dont have a problem with those two examples. The pin one is pretty easy but the 1x1 square on the 1x1 round is a little bit harder.

Thanks for the news Dragonator. Yeah I really need to get a job because my increase of lego sets have increased over the last few months. I have started to delve into the world of city/town and its intriguing me quite a lot.
