I think someone gets a giant of LEGO and takes place to place (event museums or something probably.) Then lets people build what they couldn't at home. Thats my point of view. I saw it on the news, I did not go there. (Would like to.)

On the australian channel 7 (QLD) They talked about a travelling LEGOland. It's currently (somewhere) in Caloundra. WARNING! There are only white bricks. (I wonder where in Caloundra) Goodbye... *The one that wants to go there*

That is a feather (The one used in Medieval Village for the birds) in dark green. A normal backpack in green would have been fine. (So yes it likely is what you said)
