Well Lucas killed any chance for more red tails, saying he made "part 2" and the "first part" will be made by Spike Lee.

Too bad there is no new info, and I doubt we will get it next year, if Lucas only said last year it was going to cost 50million per episode to make unless some massive new break through happens soon we won't get it.

Thanks I haven't laughed so hard in a long time, I will own a every single lego set ever made before lotr even has 1/10th the number of fans star wars does. It will not do well because 1, its mostly adult fans, and 2 because there is no on going media.

The first movie was almost 3 hours the extended version was almost 4 hours, way overdrawn, as for star wars most of the OT sets are got by adults, and it does not matter kids have not seen the movies, they watch the tv series which makes them buy the CW sets. All the licence themes die with in a couple of years, the only one that has a chance is the superheroes theme due to the animated tv series.

Yeah but lotr is only popular with people who inhale red bull on a daily basis as they are the only people who can watch it without being put into a coma by its ridiculously overdrawn out story. Besides look at it, only 1 license has done well star wars, hp has done fairly good and that is because it a movie series made for kids with kids, where as the hobbit is made for fantasy fans with adults pretending to be midgets, and ultimately aimed at adults.

Exactly, besides the movies are done, SW does well because they started when the first movie came out, then had 2 more movies and a TV series to keep it going, I mean look at it most of the sets are CW meant for kids which is why it does well because kids nag their mum and dads to buy them, how many kids are going to buy toys from a movie almost a decade old with no on going media to entertain them and make them want to buy it. LotR will be dead with in 2 years if that just like most licences themes.

I think kingdoms is done but there will be castle theme instead, I mean I really can not see LotR make them any money from sets.
