I hope they continue the Toy Story theme. And I think they will, but just for one or two more waves. But for some reason I feel there gonna make more Ben 10 sets.. Also, Pirates of the Caribiean (I never know how to spell it) is a very likely theme, as it might be the PoP of 2011. And of course there will be at least 1-3 new original themes in January, (I have a feeling there gonna bring back Johnny Thunder!) and another 1-3 in the Summer. And, of course, they're gonna have more of the Collectable Minifigures.

Bagels all the way... I use to eat them every morning! (and I will again once school ends down here in Florida)

That's "Babyface"... --- I also updated the list a bit, and I love your ideas Oky and badboytje.

I've noticed that TLG is missing Toy Story characters! I know many of them are unable to be made do to license issues, but many of the none licensed characters. I'll make a list of some: Non-Licensed: -Rocky -Bo Peep -Lenny -Wheezy -"Baby face" -Blue Robot (TS3) -Sparks -Chuckles -Big Baby -Book Worm -Trixie -Buttercup -Mr. Pricklepants -Peas in a Pod License: -Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head -Slinky Dog! (how could I have forgot!) -Barbie and Ken -Etch -Chatter Telephone Now Eurobricks members, it's up to you guys to make the missing characters! (just list the pieces) -- I think it's possible to make Lenny out of a blue binocular piece with a 2x1 orange tile jumper and then with 2 studs under it.

LOL! I didn't get this "MOC" until I saw the commercial, it's a nice re-inactment.

This has already been posted somewhere (I don' remember where though), but it's great that they're making another store in Florida! I'll be there on opening day. (which is June 18th, the day that Toy Story 3 opens...)

Nice revoew! ( ) I never really had an interest in this set. The minifigures aren't unique and the ship is kinda weird-looking.

REVIEW: 8864 Desert of Destruction
just2good replied to Jjsthekid's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Ooooooooh! Thanks for the awesome review! You've made me want this set! I really love the minifigures of this set. Especially the one with red sunglasses. -
But it's a Target exclusive in the US. Thanks for the review Dharkhan, anyways.

Terrific! How exciting! Sometimes it's magnificently superb. Aside from corny secrets, this is a funny MOC! Or is it RCT?

World Racers Summer 2010
just2good replied to The Green Brick Giant's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Yes, and my team will be called the Toy Story Terminators (a team of TS characters). -
It has been discussed in some reviews, and on the Toy Story and PoP threads.

Congrats, Peppermint! The epic theme music is indeed, very epic.

I've been wondering for awhile, has there been any LEGO 2011 news? Like, has there been any rumors about 2011 sets and themes, or any leaks or prelim's of sets and themes? And I think I found some 2011 LEGO set leaks: (These were all found in a LEGO Club video in which they go to a LEGO Club Magazine design studio) The return of LEGO Batman? If you look a little left to the far right, you can see a new LEGO space (?) photo it seems. And my favorite photo, in which it seems to be a new pirate ship.: Al photos found here. So my question is, do you know of any 2011 LEGO News? If a moderator thinks this topic is spamish, its okay, lock/move/remove it.

I saw on the LEGO Calender that there is a store opening in Miami, Florida on June 18th 2010.

Today, I went to Toys'R'Us looking for summer 2010 sets. Luckily, they had some. Information: Set Number: 8897 Minfigures: 2 ~ Team Extreme Racer; Backyard Blaster Racer Peices: 191 Release: (US/Canada and some of Europe) May 2010 Price: $20 USD _________________ Now onto the review! Box: Box contains: For some reason, their is no "World Racers" set advertisements in the instruction booklet: Peices: A new spear/grapple peice and trophy: Minifigures and shark: Extra peices: All together: Boat 1: Boat 2: Trophy holder (the flag is a sticker... They could've just used the old printed flag peice): A video on the mechanisms. All photos and videos can be found here! ________ VERDICT: Playability: 5/10. Not much things to play with, you have a fish 'flinger, a shark, two boats, and a spear. Details: 8.5/10. Nice sticker details. Peices (not including minifigures): 4/10. Not much new peices; though you have the trophy, spear and shark peices. Price: 9/10. 191 peices for $20 is good now-a-days Minifigures: 7.5/10. Only two unique minifigures; they should've included a TW Crew Member. Overall: 34/50 ~ Good ~ Not the best set of WR but a good one indeed. __________________ Thanks for taking the time to read this review, until next time, bye!

Very, very epic MOC. You must be rich. You have so much peices. But now that PoP month is over, how about a Toy Story month? I would love to be a part of it.

Is this related to "The LEGO Book" from 2009? If so, I probably will get it.

Great review! This is my favorite set of the Kingdoms theme. I love the minifigures and the playability features!
