  1. Woah, mama... ISD is very tempting, but of course, it'll be lower after Christmas. The Sailbarge for
  2. Thanks. The hood(s) would be black, but I didn't have the effort to find one. :-P
  3. melted. In his place laid a large golden key. One of the children took it without being noticed. Four years later, at the age of 15, the boy found the key in his drawer. He held it, and as he did so, words appeared on the handle. 'Brefella Mansion'. The boy eventually found the mansion, and the key fitted the lock. He entered....
  4. He meant to pull a rabbit out of a hat, but instead he pulled out a human. A psychopathic human.
  5. I found the source
  6. Dr. Frankenstein found the remains of a mutant bunny. He took them into his lab and, welding the remains to that of another mutant, brought life to a 6 foot tall monster. The monster smashed thorough the lab walls and ran into the hills. Then one day, it found a village, and
  7. Its son survived, and decided to avenge his dads death.
  8. Okay, simple game. I ask a question, the replier answers it, and then makes a new one for the next poster and so on. They can be definate answers (e.g What day is Halloween on?) or indefinate answers (e.g What do you personally eat on Halloween?). And base them on Halloween/scary stuff. Don't make them too hard... I'll start, obviously, with an easy one.... What is this horror movie title? ---- Of The Dead.
  9. Done! It's a zombified Boba Fett with lots of Halloween goodies. *skull* I also made two more figures: The first one was too scary....
  10. Oh, you see, there's a clever reason for that...uhm....the lab has a curse, so all changes to visitors aren't permanent. An older owner had that feature installed... *runs*
  11. We all know what the box is like, so I'll skip that bit... The contents. Bags and two books - one for each model. Also a sticker sheet, as expected. And the figs: We'll start with White Lightning. The short gunned arms are nice, but elbows would have been appreciated. There's also a disc launcher, which is relatively pointless, as the discs fall out when swooshing and don't fire too amazingly. The sticker on there also comes off a lot. Waist articulation! Lovely. It's a simple feature that they could and should have used in other mechs too. It's not too lose, either. Onto BW then. I love this mech!! Definately my favourite villain one so far, if not my favourite one out of both sides so far. It just looks unique and weird. It's a lot of fun to build and fiddle with, too. The cockpit. Relatively simple. It's not guarded, but what does that matter when you have two huge sets of guns either side of you? This defines the set for me. Without this head, it wouldn't be as cool. The two sides of the head are adjustable. On the underside are two light boxes: Don't worry, these don't break off when you press them. The cables run through the head and into the eyes for a cool effect. Red or black pins instead of blue in the eyes would have been better though... The feet are large so support the model well. They also look a bit like the head.... The legs aren't adjustable apart from at the 'hip', and even then they only move so the 'toes' either face inwards or outwards. This doesn't restrict walking movement though, you can still pull the legs in a walking motion. Not sure what to think of this. It looks cool, but the big wheel/engine pieces lack detail. The green bullet is different to the one on the box. It's thinner and has a gap through it. Love this one though. It just looks better to me. The four fin bits add size and style. So yeah. Yeah, I love this set! WL is good, but BW is just great. Striking Venom was too big to play with and display well, but BW is better in both criterias. Though I can't justify paying

Finally got my humble little collection photographed
  13. The zombie ran after Phil and Jill, two of the towns representatives. They reached a series of fences, and Jill stopped. "What, never taken a shortcut before?" Phil laughed, and dived over a fence. (I had to...it was telling me to....)
  14. Here they are - our valiant heroes. They've come to investigate some spooky goings on at the aptly named Scary Laboratory... They enter through the main gate without a second thought...for the most part... As they enter the main doors, they are greeted with a terrifying sight! A crazy professor and a dead body. Spookiness...spotting our heroes, the professor decides to bring his creation to life! One of our heroes catches onto this, and, in an act of quick-thinking, attempts to stop the crazy professor, but it's too late... The monster's bed rises, and a zap from a laser brings the creature back to life!! Our intrepid adventurers run for their lives. The spookiness already seems to much for them... But the villains chase after them, and quickly knock them down onto the floor. Now that they've seen life being created, they cannot leave!! Our female hero is pushed into a chamber by the monster having chained down blokey. The monster closes the chamber door and the scientist turns the machine on, while our male hero looks on in horror. Bing! The machine finishes its work and the door opens, revealing the deceased skeleton of our female hero! The villains celebrate. That's a hug BTW. ;-) Now to deal with blokey. The scientist chooses a tool from his tool draw. Our hero has his brain removed from his head! But luckily for him, he can still live. The brain is put into a compartment for later use. Our hero regains himself, and devises a plan. He wriggles out of the chains, and lassos them onto a nearby ledge. He lands by the electric chair. Little does he realize the surprise waiting for him... The scientist has appeared behind him, and he throws our hero into the chair... The chair is prepared...but suddenly a loud bang sounds, and... ...the chair falls forward and our hero escapes, to the scientist's annoyance, who chases him. Meanwhile, the monster investigates a yelling coming from a chamber. The skeleton of our female hero is alive! She attacks the monster and beats him to the ground. At that moment, the professor notices the full moon in the sky through a window. His stomach rumbles, and... ...he becomes a hairy man weird mutant werewolf! The monsters and ghouls are too much for our brave heroes. They make a unanimous decision to leg it. They slam the gates on the monsters, and hope never to return.... THE END!
  15. Great. Now we have a Bionicle set of a sperm collection. *sad* lol, anyways, I'm shocked to see 'Matorans' on the Matoran display. It was even like that in a comic this year. Therefore, little kids think it's fine to say 'Toas' and 'Bionicles'. :'-)
  16. I think that's it, not entirely sure. You have to tune your DS into it to play. But that's not too hard. If it doesn't work, go to a PC or game store and ask for help.
  17. eyeballs." The Sea Hag took the chowder away, and Bob sat, terrified. Then he realized that the Sea Hag had taken away part of his soul in the chowder. Old Bob ran after the Sea Hag for days, until they met on the shore of an island, where
  18. BZP have Greg, who'll leave if there are leaks. I don't get the big deal, really. Greg doesn't do much now but provoke debates. He only gives tiny bits of info now. But meh.
  19. Not when you consider an AT-AT is usually around
  20. Sure, I'll be able to do the Lab once I dig it out of my Lego sets box. I'll get it tomorrow, hopefully. *sweet*
  21. But we don't expect anyone to listen to our criticism here. Therefore it doesn't matter if people say stuff like that.
  22. Oh yeah, you're that MoD guy who took credit for finding the Barraki when someone else had already shown them on BS. Oh well, I'll do the polite thing and welcome you anyways.
  23. Dude, it's just his opinion. Calm down. I'm wondering why you're defending the 2006 sets in a 2007 sets topic. Anyways, the Barakki look alright. I'll probably end up with a couple, even though I wasn't going to...

  25. 8877. Because I own it. It's great fun to build and looks very cool on a high shelf. There's also lots of things inside, and it can be either a wall or a squarish castle. I don't own the other, but I still think I'd prefer VDF. I enjoy these little set contest polls, keep them coming. *sweet*
