  1. You had to pick that name! Now I'm going to think something's loading. Heh heh!

  2. I agree. Don't forget to mention that the preliminary didn't have those awful randomly placed 1X2 tan tiles and the fact that it actually had some detail on the inside of the radar dish. But let's also keep in mind that this box also does say "Preliminary."
  3. Hmm, I didn't see that. Still something does seem different. It appears that the front end is shorter when it isn't. This angle makes it look smaller and the box art makes it look bigger. Just the angle, my apologizes.
  4. Does anyone else notice that in thispicture for the PF motor that it's assembled differently? It doesn't look nearly as good as the main model. So do you think that that the alternate model is necessary to motorize the train or is it simply an alternate model that TLG decided to show with the PF information?
  5. Yeah, also you may have the Guard spot on TBH. Mando isn't working out that well and is only getting worse.

  6. Heh heh, okay.

  7. I have returned and been keeping up on the Chapter Eight thread so there is nothing to worry about.

    Running

And you finally have a profile picture! Nice picture, though I'm not much of a fan of my hair freezing. That happened once and was unpleasant. Mine wasn't sweat though so I suppose that is better. I ran a marathon awhile ago. I'm a bit too out of shape for long continuous running.
  9. None of the new Harry Potter sets are in the index.
  10. Apparently you didn't listen to the Rebel talking to Solo in Echo Base. "Your Taun-Taun will freeze before you reach the first marker!"- Rebel "Then I'll see you in hell!"- Solo

They have snouts with nostrils. So yes, but not like ours.

  11. Well since it seems this will not have PF components hopefully TLG will resell the bundle package to motorize this train like they did with Emerlad Night. Then I can get two to motorize my Emerald Night as well.
  12. My point exactly. I was going to lay down the money for the Maersk Cargo Ship since it's available now but I like the train so much more. I'm not going to buy both. Have the opportunity to see upcoming sets allows for be to budget. Also I'm not sure what the big issue with this is. We've been told about the confidential watermarks for awhile now. Site have taken them down. This is barely new information. TLG just announced it in a news letter. In my opinion this is bringing up old information. I know sometimes that TLG asks that pictures without watermarks are removed and that has been done. Also Jopie, I believe this topic is regarding the issues about leaked pictures. Not the rest of the article.
  13. I absolutely love this! Even if it has PF that'll be okay with me. I can switch the components to my Emerald Night and back. I love the Maesrk sets and this train is wonderful. It has the detail like the Emerald Night but a cargo train instead of a passenger. I really do love this set. I can't wait to get this and get more track and have a layout with my Emerald Night. I have always love cargo items since I was little and this really makes my day. I wanted to get the new container ship too but I think I may just get this. The ship would still be cool to have too. The tractor vehicle does make the set better. It allows for playability. Also don't forget to mention the blue hats! I'm going to stop before I go on too much.
  14. Anyone notice the confidential watermark? Here's the link. Click here for the Series Five Picture! Anyway, I love the Buckingham Palace Guard! I was wishing they sold one in LEGO a week ago. The rest is amazing too! I do dislike seeing Series Five pictures when I just got Series Three and Four is still on the way.
  15. I misquoted him... My apologizes to Schultz.

  16. But your not dead yet! Just vacationing in D.C.
  17. I'm sorry I wasn't able to post or vote. My computer was down all of yesterday and I just got to reading it this morning. By the time I was done it was too late.
  18. Heh heh, funny. But I see nothing, I hear nothing! Heh heh!

  19. Another Fellow? Is the Green Plague going around? Congrats.

  20. Hey. haven't seen you around much Klink.

  21. Well I had a part that was a solid colour ABS plastic part that had scratches and nicks. I used a fingernail buffer (my wife's ) and it buffed the scratches out and it was smooth. the glossy feel was lost but it looked much better. This would probably be the equivalent to a fine sandpaper. So in turn you will wear a little plastic off and the glossy feel will be lost but the plastic is still smooth. Since with your case it's a translucent part I'd be cautious. I'd test this on a spare trans part of the same colour. I would defiantly use a nail buffer over fine sand paper.
  22. Thanks. If the snow didn't start coming down so hard and I didn't have to shovel out I could have taken a few shots with Luke and Han.
