Best SW set in the 10 years of Lego Star Wars
Ratshot replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in LEGO Star Wars
My favorite SW set of all time is the 2004? Millennium Falcon. I like it for different reasons, its not two big or two small, it has a nice sort of figs and it looks good too -

I would love to buy some of those Bluecoats but sadly I'm broke. Anyone wanna buy them for me -
You need to go see your local congressmen boy Maybe you should ask Bonapart for ideas. Other then that I can't really think of anything Sorry.

Thanks Admiral Green Buns And all the others who had kind words I used some red snakes, flags, flower peadels and a couple of random red bricks.

Any Idea When the Next Pirate Sets will be announced?
Ratshot replied to Dr. Steve's topic in LEGO Pirates
There's no real point in closing it. What if the Lego company suprises us -
Sorry about the bad images. I call this...... Ratshot's Magic Show Ratshot and his cousin Simeon recently returned from a big battle with the evil Redcoats. Towards the end of the battle they managed to capture the Redcoat general, Admiral Woodhouse. Upon returning, they were passing through the local market place were they noticed a large crowd of peasants watching a Jester juggle. But the people didn't like the Jester, so rather then the change pot filling up with change, it filled up with rotten veggies and stinky fish. The only person who was happy was a local beggar. So our two Bluecoat heroes took to the stage.(Here is a shot of Ratshot and Simeon. Ratshot(my sigfig) is on the left) Simeon gaurantes the peasants that the Admirals head will disappear. The peasants speculate Ratshot raises a curtain (There are young viewers out there, so we must be carefull ) and Simeon casts a spell. Ratshot removes the curtain and the Admirals head is gone just like Simeon promised, plus the change pot filled up, more money for the Bluecoat war effort The people are so happy with the Admirals death that they take Ratshot and Simeon crowd surfing. This proves that the Redcoats have weak necks and stupidity when trying to evade capture. REDCOATS SUCK

We wanted Bluecoats so bad, and what does the Lego company give us, grief, nothing but grief. What a let-down

I think that I will stick with redcoats.

Hi everyone, I have an important question, The only green minifigs that I have are some pilots and a soccer player, do to this could I use Redcoats instead(Pretending that they were green). Sorry for this inconvience. Ratshot

I'm interested.

The worst set in my opinion is the Heyina Droid Bomber. The set was well designed but it just seemed to turn me down. The worst minifigs are those two guys from the Pod Race set, Seluba and the spider guy.

Petition: We want the Pirates Advent Calender in the United States
Ratshot replied to Bonaparte's topic in LEGO Pirates
You guys have my support! -
That was a pretty good movie Mr.Wellington. Can't wait for the first episode. That was a great guillotine that you made

1989 was a thousand times better then 2009. 1. 1989 had way more figs in the sets. (Brickbeards Bounty has a pathetic crew of 4 compared to Black Seas Barracudass crew of 9.) 2. One thing that TLC does that ticks me off, is building a set that is not complete on every side, like Soldiers Fort. El Dorado Fortress was a beautiful set And last, they over priced some of the sets like such as Soldiers Fort and Shipwreck Hideout.

Great Job BlueBard I never knew you could build such good pirate MOCs. Some of the details that you included were awesome. Such as the fleeing civilians, the scattered soldiers, the lawyer getting slaughtered, which leads me to ask why he looks so expressionless. The guy is about to die and he isn't frizzled in the least little bit. Maybe you should give him some more expression. Cheers

Great looking French soldiers you have there. The white bayonet looks a little odd. Maybe you should color it black or gray.

Reminds me of that too. It looks nice If you decide to clean your bricks by washing them, use cold water, NOT HOT WATER Hot water causes your bricks to expand which makes them unable to click together, rendering them useless. If you decide to sanitize your bricks with soap, use nothing more then liquid soap on the minifigs/bricks with painting on them. It doesn't matter what you use too clean the bricks that don't have any markings.

Good review I wish I could lay my hands on a few of these right now..........but I can't........so I guess I will go sit in the corner and cry Sniff, Sniff

This is nothing short of awesome. You had a great idea using those light brick tubes from the old Exo-Force sets. It looks realistic too. Great job cole
-
It does depict it well, and it is accurate. The poster in my room doesn't show them wearing capes at all.
-
Providing the fact that I have the poster with all the Episode III characters and the scene you just built on my wall, do Obi-Wan and Anakin wear capes while they duel?

My friends and I hate this set, don't ask me why, we just do. Maybe because there are too many faults. This set gets a 3/10 in my opinion. Its waaaayyyyyy overpriced. Nice review
