A 1700s Community Hall is basically what Bonaparte said it is. Halls are usually in small towns or villages. A place for... 1. Wedding receptions/parties (Not wild ones) 2. Community suppers 3. Plays/skits performed by the locals 4. Town meetings 5. Local groups might use it as a meeting place such as Boy Scouts, Army Cadets ect. 6. Dances. Its nice to see that all the spaces are full

The building MUST stay within the allotted base-plate area. I don't care if there is a lamp hanging off the wall or a person sticking there head out the window, its the building itself that matters. Rat.

The Orphanage is yours. 1. The building doesn't have to cover the whole base-plate. You can add flowers, rocks, trees ect. in the remaining space, but don't excede the remaining space. 2. Which ever color the builder would like. 3. We allow custom string/sails, Brickarms, Brickforge ect. and sculpted parts. 4. The color of the plate doesn't really matter.

You can indeed. When we say "closed in", were referring to buildings such as Houses, Taverns, Soldiers Barracks.
