Don't EVER soak your bricks in warm/hot soapy water, they expand, causing them to lose there grip. Wash them in cold/room temperature water. TAKE MY ADVICE OR YOU'LL BE SORRY!

My fears are... 1.) Jipay dies and there is no one that can save Eurobricks from falling apart. (serious concern) 2.) The Lego Company collapses. 3.) We have another depression like the dirdy thirties' and no one can afford to run Eurobricks

If your running out of space just make it 2 or 3 stories, there's no limit on how high it can be. It looks good, I really like the color.
