  1. Thanks for sharing you did a great job
  2. very nice, VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! but very nice too.
  3. dose any one know if they will be available by the case/box through S@H? I've noticed that on battle packs they sometimes limit how many you can buy. for example when the two star wars battle packs were released and the toy story Army men on patrol were released they limited the amount you can buy (max 5) Do you think S@H might do the same with these figures? limited your purchase to 5 blind packs at a time? I was hoping to buy them by the case through S@H, when they were actually released.
  4. nicely done
  5. great sets of figures, love the idea of releasing a bunch of minifigures if TLC is looking for ideas for upcoming sets I'd like to suggest some. an Army guy (similar to the green army men but with a different colored helmet and a tan outfit) a Mummy to go with the zombie and vampire a mini fig in a toga to go with the hoplite and pharaoh another clown, can't have too many clowns another zombie, can't have too many zombies I agree with jonwil, we need a electric guitar guy, to go with the singer oh and a bandito, need a excuse to release that sombrero in a different color, I'm thinking white how about a geisha?
  6. Thank You Jamie swiching the support piece should work nicely, kind of feel dumb for not thinking about doing that myself.
  7. Last night I was finishing up the roof to the Corner Market Modular Building and a piece was missing. or I guess I should say the wrong piece was there. I needed a 10 peg by 4 peg panal piece to finish the bulid but all I had that was close was a 12 peg by 4 peg panal piece. This got me to thinking the last few big Lego Set's I got all had a missing piece or two. the ultimate Death Star was missing a 2 by 4 grey slope and the base of a swivil chair for the comfrance room. the Factory Star Skull's set I got was missing a small piece (which isn't a big deal because I got the set kind of cheaply directly from Lego) I guess I'm not that upset, so far all the missing pieces have been common pieces easily replaced on Briklink. it's just that the bulid was comming together it looks amasing and right before I'm done...I have to stop because the piece dosn't fit. I do appreciate the logistics it must take to package one of these boxes. I mean some of them have several thousands of pieces in them. and it dose baffle my mind when they can get all thouse pieces right but it is disapointing when a piece or two is missing. So is this common or am I the only one that is experiencing brick discrepancy's in there purchased Set's
  8. Anyone here seen the movie "Fan Boys" one of the subplots fit in with the OP in this thread pretty well.
  9. I like the tires as Hat's very nice job overall
  10. Just discovered these sets recently. I bought a Green Grocer and it just arrived, I look forward to building it. If it's as cool as I think it will be I hope the line continues.
  11. Space Police III is a step in the right direction IMHO. I love the new sets
  12. Hello, I'm new here and would like to introduce myself and discuss a project I have in mind. I'd like to build two opposing forces for the French and Indian War using lego minifigures. I'd need something like 250 minifigures. I noticed the legs torso's and heads can be bought individually from the Lego company's website although there area few peices that arn't listed but would be nessasary for me to complete my project. British line infantry (around 40) Black legs, Red torso, head, black tri corner hat, black rifle, custom sticker for torso British Grenadiers (around 20) Black Leg, Red torso, head, black napoleonic tall hat, black rifle, custom sticker for torso Rangers (around 20) Dark Green legs, tan legs, Green torso, head, green bandanna (or custom make the hat they wore), black rifle, custom sticker for torso two cannons with 5 minifigs crew each Various British officers same as above with the addition of epaulets and a black sword and pistol instead of rifles French line infantry (around 40-60) White legs, white torso, head, black tri corner hat, black rifle, sticker French Marines (around 20) White legs, light tan legs, white torso, Lt. brown torso, head, blue or brown bandanna, black rifles, sticker two cannons with 5 mini fig crew each 20-40 generic Indian allies (can be used for both sides) (20-50 figures with rifles and hatches) I don't really want to use the plains Indians for this because they look so different if I can't figure out how to incorperate the indians I'll stick with the uniformed european troops so I can get the legs, torsos, heads from Lego directly, I see Lego is releasing a Cannon soon so I can pick that up what I need is around 100 black tri corner hats 20 Black napoleonic hats 20 Green bandanas 20 blue bandanna 20 brown bandanas 230 black rifles and a bunch of custom stickers any way I'm just thinking out loud, I might never complete this project but I thought I'd share it with you to get any suggestion you may have
