    Greetings, Today I opened a "new" 10199 that I received from shop.lego.com (US) a couple of days ago. I say "New" because it is from this year as opposed to last year. As an avid collector and AFOL I have always tried to fill out TLG surveys. One of my complaints has always been damaged instructions and sticker sheets. Well to my surprise I found in this 10199 that the instruction book had been separately bagged with a cardboard stiffener. I am trying to find out if this is a new direction TLG is going or is it just a test run? After reviewing several blogs I had not seen this topic so if I am asking something that has been answered my apologies and could you send me in the correct direction. rabrew
