The world's ugliest sci-fi car in the Solar Car taken by Logan, Jessica and REM in the first episode, plus a Sandman's Groundcar vehicle and Francis in pursuit while our heroes try to find Sanctuary after escaping Carousel (mandatory death at age 30) in the City of Domes. The show ran for just one 14 episode long season in late 1978 / early 1979. Show intro: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ey4dbQ218p8 My Linktree for more pop culture / sci-fi nostalgia LEGO builds.

My latest LEGO commission is an agricultural store / real estate / warehouse building, and farm display for New Zealand agricultural retail supplier PGG Wrightson, first showing is now at Fieldays at Mystery Creek, Waikato. Been working on this one most weekends since the start of the year. Some of the tractors are based on official sets. More at my flickr gallery.

This build pays tribute to 1990s Simpsons, and the Springfield Monorail in particular. The main Station breaks into 3 layers to allow access to the inside. Ground floor, 2nd floor with a mini Krusty Burger, and the roof level for press conferences and to house the control room. Across the tracks is the passenger platform where Marge and Sebastian discuss the predicament Homer and all the passengers are in. It's kept fairly minimal to mimic the animation style and to keep the part number relatively low for a build of this size. It was the only physical build submitted into the recent LEGO Ideas '1990s TV and Movies' large category. Has been submitted now into the general LEGO Ideas system. The monorail train itself is complete with opossum family (the big one's called 'Bitey' - photo on the Ideas submission). Minifigures are key characters from the episode, Homer Simpson (Monorail driver uniform), Lyle Lanley, Mayor Quimby, Chief Wiggum, Sebastian Cobb, Marge Simpson, and Bart Simpson. More at my flickr:

The tradition of Festivus begins with the airing of grievances. I got a lot of problems with you people, now you're gonna hear about it. Happy Festivus everyone! Flickr

Hi all, I've been tweaking my Muppet Show Beaker MOC. New nose, new hair, new tie. Have also popped it on LEGO Ideas along with my other Muppet submissions (Mahna Mahna and Pigs in Space). Flickr

Thank you! It was kinda Tron meets Knight Rider. It only ran for 12 episodes, so very niche! Bit of a primer here for anyone else wanting some context.

Quick mod of Speed Champions set 76908 to turn it into 1980s TV Automan's LP400 Lamborghini. Couple of purist figs for Automan & Walter. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53944613997_d556aeef0d_c.jpg[/img Flickr

I love this (big Henson fan here too!). Have supported (and I'm sure I supported your original iteration too). Good luck at getting to the next milestone in the next 60 days!

Back in late 2022 I built the characters from the Muppet Show's Mahna Mahna sketch. I was never happy with the lead vocalist (also called Mahna Mahna), I've finally gotten around to starting him over from scratch. Much happier with he likeness now! And to celebrate, the whole lot are now up on LEGO Ideas. More on Flickr
