the hull that can be found on the Lego City Harbor. the Cargo ship.

Ok everyone, I've been working on a cruise ship for the past 3 hours. And i've gotten the floor down and the first level. No roof or any control place. sorry for not being so accurate with the name. :P But I have just weighed it because i picked it up and if felt real heavy. so i weighed it, It turned out to be 1 pound. Do you think it will still be able to float? and will the boat motor that comes with the police boat/fire boat, be able to push that boat around? or will it sink to the ocean *pool* floor? I would like to get an answer before i take it out once i finished it, and see it sink, I want to sink it myself. >:D So anyone know what would happen BEFORE I have to dry every brick?

Thats a pretty awesome Shack, Has room for improvement. Things that can be improved 1. Add some Flower's without the little colorful bits that go on the top of the stems to simulate overgrown grass, that is, unless he has just mown his lawn. 2. maybe a parrot or a custom bird sitting on the fence or somewhere visable? 3. Some forest animals that have ventured onto his lawn perhaps? Thats some things I can think of. Nothing to big, or nessasary. just a few suggestions. Not needed, but would look good.

I have the Feeling that you are leading more onto the harbor? I am talking about the ship itself. Yes, No see I don't want to add sails onto the ship just in case it tips over and the pool water might mess the sails up? with all it's chlorine and everything? I don't want to harm any sails as they are always good for something. And as for the stickers.. I don't think I will be putting stickers on. :/ I try to keep most LEGO set's the way they are supposed to be all built up. instead of taking off the existing stickers, to put new stickers on. I'd buy a new hull before i did that. As for the Waterproof hull, It would be quite a challenge for lego. if you look at most of the pirate ships out, you can see if it had a floating hull, is the have 2 or more extra studs out to the sides, only because it would tip to the side. But, they would need to work with that for a while. And for the SOC I don't think I will the WHOLE idea, I would most defiantly take off a few minor details or add my own personal touch. (Maybe a FROG???) :D But I think I will be able to do the Cruise ship, If not. I'll be right here waiting for new ideas to Roll in. But this doesn't mean to stop sending in the wonderful ideas!

Ok, My grandmother had rented a new house, And it has a pool! And I happened to have a Lego city harbor ship, and a motor. But I don't think it would look to good going around the pool without adding some MOC to it. Any IDEAS? I would like to work on the Front of it, the middle and the back. I think the driver should be in the back, since it is a container ship hull and it wouldn't look good in the front. I would like to somehow incorporate some Pirate stuff into it. >:) if you know me, I like pirates to much! :D Might add some cannons for that tho. But even without the pirate stuff which DOES NOT have to be on the ship. Any Ideas for me? I wouldn't mind it being something other then a container ship, but if it just HAS to be a container ship. then send ideas my way. I just want something Other then the City Lines ship making it's rounds around the pool with the missing containers. LOL So Please help! I also don't have a bunch of bricks, so... yea. Shoot your ideas my way. :)

Nail Polish Remover! Yea. that's right. lol, I printed over King Kahuka's torso a while back, and maybe 1-2 years later I removed it with the nail polish remover, Still a bit here and there, but that's because I didn't bother to get rid of all of it. just don't rub Really Really Hard, I did that and i saw bits coming off, I rubbed a bit softer after that. :) Hope this helps. and brasso.. never used it. hopefully never will... lol then on the back, I used a sharp knife and scraped away the left over.

Hey Teddy, If you were to take this monster ship to a LEGO show or something. How would you do it? Would it need to come in sections? Where you can take the hull off the deck? etc. that might be something to think about to... Unless you are going to take it apart when your finished with it.
