Great. I think I'll buy most of the sets at Anaheim, and buy lots of PAB there (if they have anything I want - which their bound to) Then buy lots at Glendale (PAB-wise), and also check out the other for variety. Thank you all!

Hi guys. Late April, I am going to LA, California. I am quite keen to spend up large on lego, Piticularly at PAB's. I'm hoping some of you can help me out; I basicly want any info on buying Lego in LA. I'm really looking forward to PAB's - It would be great if anyone has info on which PAB's have better Prices and ranges, and what shops in general have good prices/sales. And anything else I may want to know. I've heard Legoland CA is very expencive for buying lego? Thanks heaps guys!

I can definately see that happening - Good thought! Haven't posted here in a while; But anywho The new BM mini doesn't look amazing to me. Its basicly the same as the original. Beside, I'm quite over min's now. So No intrest in that from me. To be fair, I actully Have no reason not to beleive pugsx3. It Is, IMO, a possibility that it is the same base model as 10178. Obviously, there will be a few small changes, but i think its possible. None of you have any reason to go bad-mouthing him, so I'd appressiate it if you give him a bit of credibility. He may be wrong, yes, but its not any of your places to decide. Personally, I don't mind if its very different or not. It's win win to me, as a new AT-AT would mean a nice update, and the same means its an excuse to get it, and will still look nice together with the other one. Thanks everyone for the info - I look forward to more news

How open are you about your Lego passion?
Legoman replied to Fugazi's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Intresting topic. As for me, Pritty much everyone I know, knows. Most of them don't care. Some think its actully pritty cool, and there will always be those that dismiss me as a freck ( ) but, its what I enjoy and I'm happy to let people know. I don't bring it up overly much, but they know, and when friends come over, they often enjoy seeing any new sets, which is cool. Ive had one frinds friend over once, and she said she felt sory for whoever I marry , but ah well As for sigificant others, My last.... friend (yeah, we're not together anymore ) thought it was sweet -
I tend to stick with Star Wars, however, with the recent amount of CW sets, I've managed to expand my range. I enjoy the odd City set, Really like my technics, And love other random amazingly well designed sets, like the MMV and Effiel Tower

Hey everone. I'm in need of Eyes. Stickers that can fit on 1x1 brick's (but will be applied to each side of a 2x2). However, I need them fairly good quality. Most of the work here is great, but looks a bit differnt when printed off? So, I'd really appresiate if anyone (closer to NZ the better) is able to make, and print off 35 pairs of eyes. I'm happy to pay for them, considering they are really good quality. I wanted to use the Lego ones that are printed, but they don't exist in brown unfortunately, so I need stickers. Cheers guys
-
Ah, Cheers... Unfortunately thats not on bricklink yet though . Hope it is soon - need 35 of them! And very soon

What do you think is the ideal size of vignettes?
Legoman replied to Siegfried's topic in General LEGO Discussion
8x8 is best, 10x10 is secound best. I like 16x16, but I just don't see that as a vig.
