  1. Ah well. Not too surprising really. I can't wait for the 2 new UCS sets Hopefully both in the 2011 Kmart toy sales? Good discounts I hope
  2. Wow that Taj is a amazing price... I'll think about it and be in touch Cheers mate
  3. And I'm guessing a heck of a lot more than that too. Fair enough though. I personally think he almost needs a personal mention on the box or something... I can't wait for pics of the Fighter. I'm really hoping it's UCS EpII Delta. And the more I think about it, I'm quite sure it will be. I doubt they'd make such a big deal of hiding it if were 'just another' Lego starfighter Yay for UCS models
  4. I'm the same, but I have a little reasoning Seriously, Lego must understand, people only want or need so many JSF's, Let alone availible at once. My guess is It will be UCS and EP.II. Surely thats the only option, As lego is seriously starting to shove JSF's down our throats! I know some people like them. But I personlly love UCS sets, and we aren't getting enough of them (10212 being an obvious exeption ) So I would love to see a UCS Obi-wan's starfighter around the $70-100 mark
  5. Well, After being a member here for a solid 5 years, I'm somewhat ashamed to have to ask, but there is a piece I can't identify for the life of me. It's just been lying around in my collection for some time (Yes, It's definately Lego; It says lego inside the hollow stud on top) Any help would be nice
  6. I'm sure I've got a few light grey ones lying around... How many do you need?
  7. 5x Pirates Krakken attackin Raft set 8x Pirates Cannon Battle I do tend to go a tad crazy at good sales . These ones were 60% off Planning to sell/trade off the figures and cannon's to get some cash back though
  8. They shouldn't be far, the Aussies have them (K-mart had them in the AU toysale)
  9. Can you PM me a picture? A 'TON' can mean many different amounts to different people Yes It's all the new wave stuff. Are all your Brown pieces New reddish brown? Lets talk through PM
  10. I went out and ended up getting some of the pirate stuff for parts. Couldnt resist If anyone is intrested in Cannons (x8) Imperials (x8) Pirates (x18) Octopus' (x5). Or even weapons (muskets x 13, swords x 26), Please fick me a PM. I'd rather trade, as we all know what these are worth on the Kiwi martket at the moment (The smart ones can probably guess what I brought )
  11. I have a bit of pirate stuff. 8 Imperials, 18 Pirates, 8 cannons, and 5 DkRed Octopus'. Do you have much in the way of Brown (New/reddish brown), Tan, White bricks or plates? Or other SW figs/parts/sets? PM me if intrested :)
  12. On sale for $240 now at Tower Junction
  13. New Zealand Passport Lets see... New Zealand, obviously. Proud to be from Christchurch (Crusaders FTW ) Well, I went to Aussie a few years ago. Through Sydney and went to the Gold coast I think (but my memory is quite hazey - it was a while ago) But I can remember It was very hot! But more recently I went on a big world exploration with my family We went to... China - Beijing France - Paris England - London Germany - Frankfert (ended up here because of the Iceland Volcano, which stopped me going to the 2010 EB event) Tunis - Tunisia Italy- Rome, Venice Malta Spain - Barcelona United States - Los Angeles (Would love to have that kind of Lego supply back! I brung back 25KG of lego and still majorly regret not getting more PAB.... Everything was such good value for money!) And a couple of other places that currently escape me. But all that being said, I love NZ, and am quite happy where I am now, in Christchurch. Love it here
  14. Well, If Lego wasn't a company trying to make money, then I'm sure they would. But unfortunately this cruel world insists on making money off our misfortune of them own the bussiness, rather than us having an unlimited amount of money and ability to get whatever lego we might want In all honesty, Lego has a lot of factors that they have to think about when designing a set. Most of this stuff is for kids (unfortunately ) Unlike us more obsessed fans who would rather spend a few dollars on a MOD or MOC of somthing incredible. The sad part is, that a lot of what we pay for a set isn't going towards the bricks we build, but to all the other backround costs. We may not always like what lego gives us, But thank goodness for Bricklink, and we can all do whatever the heck we want. At the end of the day we all love Star wars lego. And if everything Lego did was always perfect, we would not need to MOC, MOD, or talk about all the other things we do on there. It's all really fine in the end, we all survive don't we? Just be happy Edit: That being said, don't get me wrong. The AT-AT is horrible
  15. Thanks mate The contest is now closed. There are a lot of great entries, I hope I manage to snag a few of your votes, mabye enough to do well. Please don't hesitate to vote for me if you like my entry Good luck to all!
  16. I realise that you're new. But it's generally not looked upon too kindly to dig up old threads like this. This contest ended in September Last year. Winners were drawn forever ago. Here's the Link If your intrested in the far gone compition. But welcome to Eurobricks, You'll get the hang of thigs soon
  17. Oh Very nice. You've got a really nice feel to this scene. You've captured it very well. However, I'm a bit confused about the lavafall type thing. It definately adds a lot more to the feeling of the scene, but It doesn't quite fit in to the design of how it all is. It seems to stick out. But it looks nice none the less. Lovely MOC. Well done
  18. Perfect Very well done. Best small Vig I've seen (IMO)
  19. 60% off? *faints* *gets back up* 60% off? *faints* Wow. I'm so going there tomorrow! Call me crazy, if you will. But I went to farmers today and ended up passing the 60% sale. They only had the two smaller sets and neither actully had parts that were semi-useful to me. They were well stocked though
  20. NZ/AUS Lego Mag. Got it today from lego club NZ
  21. Great choice of scene, this was one of the ones I was considering too - lovely scene from EPII. And very well made, I love the design. Beautiful MOC
  22. Yep, It's lukes speeder In all honestly, Can someone tell me why they would buy this AT-AT over the last one? I can't see anything good about it!
  23. What style of Imperial guard, If I may ask? That makes quite a difference But on the whole, I think your prices may be a tad high, considering you can buy most of these in BPs for $10. I mean, two snowtroopers for $15? You can get two snowtroopers, a guardy guy and a pilot plus a few pieces for $10...
  24. Hey guys. Not sure if anyone cares at all, but I just got my latest Lego catalogue. Here's a couple of scans. Nothing new, but they are new pics. Enjoy
