  1. how do you find such good deals?
  2. BTW, Superkalle, are you gonna do more of these Design Challenges anytime soon? They were pretty fun IMO
  3. Congrats to the winners! All these shots are wonderfully taken, with awesome effects. Great job! And Brickdoctor owes someone $10
  4. I'm surprised the Republic hasn't thought of this earlier.
  5. Great job Plissken! I love the first one
  6. Just a tip for the future, click every single button you see to see what it does. You learn better through figuring things out yourself

    Canadian Eh?

Toys R Us: 20% off Atlantis, City, and brick buckets.
  8. One of your best ones yet, but there aren't any Mexican players on Man City
  9. Great job. I really like that multicoloured one
  10. Those clones won't be happy when they find out they got their butts handed to them by some guy in a gorilla suit!
  11. Get it. It's way better than any CW set Lego could ever make.
  12. I just noticed that Jay in Skeleton Bowling is wearing Dragon Riding clothes. Why? Maybe the bowling dojo is his dragon, explaining why we haven't seen a Lightning Dragon yet
  13. So out of Naboo and Skeleton Bowling, I'd go with Naboo, despite my hatred of BDs. It's just so much cooler IMO.
  14. Time for an unbiased opinion I think BoN is a solid set especially if you want BDs and Gungans. Plus, the model looks pretty nice too. It also has a lot of brown and dk. tan. NinjaGo is a good line. I'd go for the 3 smallest sets in the line (Motorbike, Training Outpost, and Ninja Ambush), which are roughly the same cost as BoN, if you do chose NinjaGo. Hero Factory would be nice only if you collect it/play with them, otherwise I don't think it's worth it, considering most of the parts aren't compatible with System/Technic anymore.
  15. Amazing MOD cimddwc! The lights look fantastic, and I love the doors too. I see you've used Ralph_S's sliding door technique. Very nice
  16. Agreed. Everyone build a modular and the host puts it all into one LXF. It will be like the Pirates Community Build a while back.
  17. Great mod. I think this was the biggest flaw of the set, and it could be easily fixed if Lego wasn't so ignorant.
  18. Lego needs to lay off on those crazy faces...
  19. Those arch things in the back Great MOC. I particularly like the treads as Vader's bed. I don't see why those Stormies are holding trumpets though, as most people hate loud noises in the morning!
  20. Nevermind, I figured it out. Very ingenious solution to make the side fuselage fold over those 3 bumps
  21. It looks really nice. Great solution for the awkward slopes How is it attached to the body?
  22. That's me, although I don't pay too much attention to figs.
  23. Ever since I saw the first pictures of the new Diagon Alley set, I thought it would make a great modular, so I made one. I modified each building to have a back wall, and it fits perfectly with the other modular sets and MOCs. It is 64x32 studs, so it's a bigger than standard, but it still fits. Thanks to ADHO15 for the LXF file of the original set. Overview: Focus on Borkin and Burkes: Ollivander's Wands: LXF File Hope y'all like it!
  24. Very simple, but I like it. I have one of those small ones in front of my house, which are much more common. I think 3 1x2 bricks stacked will work fine for one of those.
  25. That's the colour of Astronauts' visors
