There is a way here (the second post). Another way is to pick the selection tool and set it the sme brick function (Shift+V until you see an arrow and a brick beside it and click a brick and drag it away from the MOC and count how many parts you need. It will take a long time for bigger MOCs but for this one, it'll probably only take a few minutes)

And to get the exhaust note of the car, you can get a muffler sound box to change the exhaust note. They showed it on an episode of Pimp My Ride when a girl had a Dodge Caravan and they pimped i out and put in that box so she could make her car sound like any other car she wanted. There were all these options like Aston Martins, Ferraris and Lamborghinis.

The only thing you are missing is the price. Those really good replicas cost at least $65000-80000. If you want cheaper replicas, then they would look REALLY bad. Like this:

That is a fake/concept/rendering. Ferrari even said that they were never ever going to make a 4 door car or SUV. It looks like a Porsche Cayenne with a 599 front photoshopped on it.
