Again, I agree. That was just overkill in terms of size. Judging from the blurry pic we get, it looks like it's not too big, but the fin on top is bulky.

I think it also depends on the shape of the piece. If it's a curved piece, it has a higher chance of being printed.

I'd say get the Prison Tower, and save up for the Public Transport later. I'd say skip the boat, since it won't really fit in to a City layout, and that there is a new fire boat every 3 years 8404 is a good set, but I have a feeling it will be around for a while
