  5. I have been working on this all afternoon with no instructions. This is the actual father of the town plan that was released this year. I am building this set up as it has been known to fetch upwards of £350 at auction. More pics will follow with more on the town completed!
  6. I recomend it...
  7. That SkyOwl is outstanding I am almost a little scared by how good that MOC is. You have an amazing atention to detail. You deserve a well earned pat on the back.

  13. I love EB because I was a lurker for so long and thinking what I would say or do and now I can!
  14. Well Guss, I have my ways but really though Guss you may have your specific interests with in the whole lego brand, well infact your quite a bad example as you are pretty much interested in well ... everything where as I on the other hand focus my interest in Lego into only a few specialist areas. So basically I just trawl ebay and there is a local toy fair on every two months. It may sound boring but I enjoy it
  15. Mine is my extremly lazy cat
  16. As I am feeling in a creative mood I am going to be running a week long feature on vintage vehicles starting today with the aim of educating the part of thecommunity who are not aware of vintage vehicles about them Please be sure to check back daily for the next instalment. So here goes my first instalment: EDIT: I went on holiday! oops Today we have a VW bus from 1958. It is important to remember that Lego had access to most car manufactures so all there vintage vehicles were fully licensed. So this model does feature the famous VW logo. The iconic VW bus! ... With sadly a little damage. And again... Showing the logo of in all it's glory! The rear of the model that has somehow gone blurry with it's 50 years and counting. The underside which strangley is missing a logo and model name which you will see later in the week. Just for scale... So, I guess I will see you tomorow for the second instalment of "Vintage vehicles". Thanks
  17. Thnaks WhiteFang, I have much more 50's/60's sets so I think I will share them soon. I might even start tonight!
  18. Just one question ... Does anyone knoe how to start a petition?
  19. I knew it.
  20. Again I did not make this but it is still great. I have been told that is the number of an iconic Nascar driver over in the states. Jeff Gordon comes to mind, but if anyone is a fan of Nascar then please do correct me. Enjoy! Thanks.
  21. As requested by Whitefang Here I have taken some pics of my 1950's/1960's road signs. So here goes! i have 6 signs that are in good condition with various different symbols on them. Here is the reverse... On the bottom of each sign there is a Lego logo appropriate to the time period.( sorry about the blur.) These signs are considerably smaller than the 1970's or 1980's signs. Unfortunately these signs are rather brittle... And one more thing...I have found a picture of my 70's signs that I had which are similar to Whitefang's... Thanks.
  22. Well thanks for the heads up but I still hope your wrong.
  23. Well Whitefang, I recently sold my 70's signs but I do have some 50's / 60's signs to share. So I think I will show them to EB today .
