Question about the Hydra Skin (Poison heals): Does the Poison effect stop if at Full Health even though it is a 'positive/healing' effect?

So Hoke should NOT be Afraid, and be -10 Poison, which would be remedied by being at Full Health from Poison Heal? And Guts has to Target Woodwose A again. And all PCs are Encouraged. So...Autoroll?

They were loot drops, and who says they won't be used in the future. I believe instruments were dropped WELL before any PC was able to use them as a Minstrel.
