You're a QM, I am sure there is some kind of magic an NPC can do to make the boots stronger. BTW - how does one sell artifacts? Or are they just for trading? I have the useful Cultist hat, but since my sword has the wind property, I can damage undead without using the Cultist hat.

SOMEBODY get to lvl 15 already! I want to see some stats, STAT! In other news... I have two items that have SP, my shield and Warrior's Treads. I am assuming the treads are an artifact and cannot be improved? And if I can add SP to my shield, does it work just like the weapons (desired lvl x10 gold)?
