WOW ! 950 castle minifig ? that's huge, I want you to take a picture of your army!! that must look awesome! go ! now ! :P I have less than 150 castle/pirates minfigis too, but it's just the half of all my minifig, I have approximately 400 minifigs. ( a little less )

I agree that their is too different colours, just stick to the Grey/green/orange colours scheme , remove the dark blue and the red and it'll looks way better I think, but that's a very nice start !
