  1. Well done! I am looking forward to your next comic.
  2. Wow! I didn't realize there were so many moderators on this board today. Lucky us, I guess.
  3. Ah, I have seen your work before, you are "that guy with the spinning clones." Very nice, very nice. Any future plans to revamp those Airborne helmets and make them available in your store? I have been itching to find someone who would make and sell those helmets.
  4. Your items look very well done. Would you be willing to share some insight about what goes into creating and casting your custom items? I would find that to be very interesting. Also, ever give any thought to making a 2nd Airborne Company helmet casting (aka, the beehive helmet from ROTS)?
  5. These may be some of the best sets I have ever seen. Outside of Star Wars, that is.
  6. I agree, bring back the bubble turrets!
  7. Well done! Good to see another Rogue Squadron fan around here.
  8. Rayman, all three are excellent! Scrap Em is by far my favorite. I look forward to your next ideas.
  9. "Quinlan Vos was in an early draft of Bombad Jedi. He was working undercover and actually using his force abilities to make it look like Jar Jar WAS a Jedi. Jar Jar was even fooled himself for a while." quote What the...?How could the cut VOS from the freaking show? Arguably the deepest character in Star Wars EU and they cut his part to make more time for JAR JAR? Feel free to shoot me now.
  10. "I never said that they should bring back Durge. I only said that they should introduce a new big baddie like Durge. But, sure, having him in the show would be cool as well... as long as he doesn't steal Grievous the show. " quote Oky Wan My apologies for the misquote. I would love to see Durge in the show though. Even more as a mini-fig! " Haha! Well, tell your wife that she should give up hope. There are at least a hundred episodes planned, and with the success of the show, who knows where it will end. Besides, Star Wars will never end! " quote Oky Wan I would tell her, but I enjoy sleeping in my bed rather than the couch.
  11. Thank you much for the information, The Penguin. I appreciate your time and help.
  12. Thanks much for the news, The Penguin. If you could, in the Venator, would one of the clones happen to be Commander Gree or a Commander Wolffe from the Triumphant? Or are they just basic clone troopers? Did you happen to get an eye-full of the pirate tank? Thanks much for your help.
  13. This thread is a fantastic idea, well done Oky. I was just thinking about this topic yesterday. I would love to see some more of the clones on their own, rather than taking a back seat to the Jedi in the episodes. The original cartoon does a great job of this with the ARC troopers. I don’t think the ARC troopers exist in this cartoon the same way they did in the old one. There are a lot of troopers with modified gear like the ARC’s but not too many going off on their own missions by themselves yet. Perhaps the clones will grow in skill as the show goes on. The scout troopers seem quite interesting and I would love to see more episodes focused on them. Just some more ground fighting altogether would be great. And for crying out loud, put the LAAT in more episodes. They have, in my opinion, the greatest vehicle in Star Wars and it needs some more screen time. And I agree Oky and Snake, bring back Durge and have him take out some Jedi. I would love to see the Chancellor set up order 66. It would be interesting to see the reactions from the clones when they are told they will have to take out their generals. As for my wife, she would probably just like to see the cartoon end altogether. She was hoping that she would be done with watching Star Wars after the Revenge of the Sith.
  14. I am not one to typically complain about Lego sets. However, I was really hoping that we would receive a Luminara Unduli and a villain, like a Clone Wars version General Grievous , in the new Venator-class Star Destroyer. Now, it does appear that the Venator will include the Chancellor and the senate guard commandos. At the very least, I would like the commandos to have a face rather than the storm trooper style black head over their helmets. I do realize that these are preliminary pictures and we don’t know which sets will include these figures. But because of the recent picture and the information from ultraman, it certainly seems to be leaning that way.
  15. I realize that this is a tad bit early to inquire about but I wanted to see if anyone has an idea as to when the Clone Wars season one will be released on DVD? And if you are so privileged to have such information, would you happen to know the price of said DVD? Danka.
  16. I agree with you, seven figures would be preferable. However, the Republic Gunship contained five figures at $125 US price, versus the rumored $107 US price tag we have connected with the Venator-class Destroyer. Sadly, I have my doubts about receiving more than five figures in this set. As far as the figures, I would give my Hoth Base for a Commander Gree. And I would much rather get an Admiral Yularen and Commander Wolffe than a Chancellor Palpatine. Then again, Lego does have a history of including strange figures in their sets, like Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin in the SSD.
  17. It’s the Pirate Tank from Whung’s list that has me very intrigued…Perhaps this is a bit unrealistic, but I am hoping that it will look like an early version of the clone turbo tank. Unrealistic yes, but I am still hoping never the less.
  18. I would be delighted to take part in said raffle.
  19. Well found, good sirs, well found! If I may, upon further inspection it appears to my old eyes that the Republic shuttle may have a cockpit which can hold two figures. I believe that since the pilot is sitting so close to the nose, there may be room for another seat behind him. Just my humble opinion. Huzza for a Clone Wars Yoda! Now we need a Luminara Unduli and Commander Gree. Never satisfied…..
  20. The decals you have created are exceptional. Well done. I certainly look forward to upcoming images of your modified LAAT/i with great anticipation. I am sure they will be smashing. Hopefully, your customized gunship will inspire others to create and post their own LAAT/i modifications.
  21. Stunning, quite stunning. Your Commando Cruze is fantastic, with the Mando reference on his chest plate. I am quite looking forward to your airborne trooper.
  22. Such creative ideas! If I may, I would enjoy seeing a member of the 2nd Airborne Division. Say, perhaps when the Clone Wars show makes a move toward phase II armor? And the secret to my heart’s desire, besides the LAAT/i which was I delighted to purchase recently, would be an improved version of the clone turbo tank. Maybe, with an improved troop bay? Oh, yes, and a phase I Commander Gree would be lovely. Mmmm, phase I scouts…..
  23. Well, all Spaceballs jokes aside, I am quite excited about the sets we know we are getting. I, for one, am really looking forward to having a new Mace Windu with the ever popular Clone Wars anime style, which you all seem to love around here. A new Yoda face in similar style will be charming also. The Phase I clone pack is also a welcome addition. However, I am slightly disappointed that it doesn’t come with a pilot, and I was dreaming of an ARC trooper in red, or green, or blue. But that is the joy of Lego; it relies on the use of imagination. Delightful.
  24. I was hoping that Lego would slip in a few of these gentlemen in one of the 2009 sets. They are from the delightful new Clone Wars movie and are clone scout troopers, I believe. Perhaps if we get a Venator-class Star Destroyer ? And I agree, we need a Ki-Adi-Mundi please.
