<3 the Spikit's head. It doesn't use a Glatorian head, since you can see Bohrok eyes... Could it be a unique piece in a Special Edition set? Or I guess it isn't Special Edition, since it's in the retail catalog... hmm... The set neither excites me nor... angers... me. =P ~Bunda

I don't get why everyone's raving over Baranus...? The picture is dark and blurry. You can't make out any details. Sure, the idea is nice, but I'm not convinced it was pulled off right, and I won't be until I see better pics. ;) Granted the Spikit's heads look good, and it re uses Gresh's tool, which is another plus. It's legs are silver though, and that makes me scared... ~Bunda

To me he looks much better with his upper arms folded, as on the canister. Makes him looks regal and powerful instead of scrawny and weak. ~Bunda

Disagreed. However, for the most part, I do think the Mistika Toa were better. Don't have Tahu, don't want him. Pohatu and Kopaka are pretty lame. Want Lewa. Onua is cool. Gali has too much silver but if you make her neck longer she is <3 ~Bunda

Well, the new pics of the canister set didn't sway me one way or the other at all. Still blurry, and not much better quality than the wee pics we've had. I'm still waiting... On the other hand, it's changed my mind about two of the big sets. Skopio: The vehicle is still great, if poorly colored. The driver on the other hand... looks great but for his lower arms. What. The. Heck. That better change... Thornatus: Looks much less Jetrax-ee. Really, the only things that are similar are the cockpit concept, the use of the Krika spikes and Bitil wings on the front, and the general shape. Point being, it looks delightfully shoddy, spiky, and tan. Also... it has those sloped panels in tan. The driver still sucks to the max. Exactly. Ever since I heard that Mata Nui would become a main character I've been hoping he'd learn the value of the individual and such. ~Bunda

It's pretty straight forward and easy to figure out. Instead of me making a long to-do list, just ask me a question if you get stumped. The T-square is used after you're rank 2. It's nothing now. Agreed. Two red riders and a red vehicle... we had the same last year, but it's still gross. Hopefully they'll change colors after the prototype stage... Hey... I just noticed the red color pattern is the same 2008 and 2009. Vultraz and Cendox's rider. Antroz and Thornatus' rider. Giant vehicle. Hmm... makes me think even more the colors are prototypes. Ignika's powers are drastically weakened outside of the MU, pretty sure I saw that somewhere. Someone also mentioned the likelihood of him having to use the Ignika's powers to maintain the fake body. Surely Greg will think of a way to weaken Mata Nui. Wouldn't make any sense for him to be able to easily own all the other Glatorian. ~Bunda

Informative review in terms of text, but the whiting out is... there are a bunch of cuts and ugly edges. Personally, I would much prefer it if you left the photos alone, like you did with the last few. Much better looking. (The actual photos were good, it's just the white out kind of screwed it up, IMO.) And why is this a good thing? Just curious. ~Bunda
