They are still the same on S@H USA, however I wouldn't be suprised if the cause for the quick price increase is becuase of all the worlds stock market...chaos. Hopefully any price increases won't be perminent.

I like that idea Metalandi, just one thing, if we use a 16x16 plate then it would be pretty hard to get a large castle here no? How many sections are going to be built? We should or there should be some kind of uniform patter for the outer wall, what exactly it should like like and exactly what peices should be used. So that way a 16x16 baseplate could be efectivly used.

A cat walk in this case is the long stretch of elevated land in which the minifigs can walk and stand. If you look at the post KimT previosly posted, a cat walk is what you see the minifigs standing on, I assume that is what is being referred to.

Sounds good, after all that is the standard on most castle sets, so it works pretty well

All of it looks great KimT, although it is the first version of the tower it still looks great, well done so far!

The orc queen is a great idea, looks great! An orc castle of some sort would be great, or at least an Orc Lair to an an extent.

Sounds good to me KimT, it has more of a community feel to it, and its not far from the original idea! As for my participitation, I will certainly vote and be merry, I may put my name in the buidling hat and crank something out, it would be great fun but I would have to order parts and such, so we will see where my money supply is at. Is there a due date for when people have to be signed up by?

I think one could work with it, but I know for people who collected tons of the old ones they are pretty dissapointed, bit if you are big into the armies, just consider it as two different legions of Knights. I think they are here to stay, and a change back would only anger more people.

I didn't notice it, but now that you mention that it kind of bugs me, I think if you could find a way to build some sort of deck over the water wheel from the second flor over the blacksmiths shop. Then have stairs coming down from that, other then doing what you said, getting rid of a stall, thats all I can think of!

IIRC The deaths stars price rise occured during its creation, the original price point was set at $300, then as more details were added its price was as well. Now with this it looks pretty set in stone, and I doubt the price point will rise, if it rose more then $50 personally, idk this set may be a no no for me. Which I really hope doesn't happen because its amazing. Unless you are referering when it went from $300 to $400 on S@H, which was just a glitch by TLC

This really is a fabulos break of the mondane war vehicles and castles. Not that those aren't great and that they don't have their place but this is really something new and amazing! I hope TLC gives us some more things in this sort of category!

Lucky, for me when it comes to minifigure headgear my supplies are pretty depleted, however the average bricklink prices for helmets is about $0.60 so this really is great!

I would love a nice church with a priest, since that goes well with this theme. I would like a farm, a Windmill, a nice well, maybe a fountain and a lot more village people ( ) Another building or so would be nice, maybe a bakary or whatever =]

Well I have use Pick a Brick for many things, and it is a great resource (however just finding out about bricklink in depth last night and seeing how cheap things are there, I feel pretty stupid) However Pick a Brick probobly would be a decent plave to get minifigs in large quantitiys where bricklink I would imagine be better for like 10-20 EDIT: Just did some calculations, Head, Castle Torso, Crossbow, and Legs, or in other words a full minifig without the helmet is about $1, 20 of each of those things is came to the price of $21.80. So it could be a valid resource if you bought 20 helmets and arrow bag things it would be gerat.

It sounds like it might be something comparable to the Ultimate Space Battle target exclusive, however it will probobly be a target exclusive or S@H exclusive.

Well I think thats a smart choice, haha sounds like that was a fun little shopping spree =P Honestly, I would suggest the Dwarvin Mine as your next set, it really is a great set!

Well I personally own the Kings castle and I like it, its very good, It has a lot playable parts and looks like a castle should (well, lego castle) When it comes to the skeleton castle, I honestly don't know, I don't own it. However I would think it would be a nice base for your skeleton army, if thats what you are focusing on.
