The clear parts are custom made for display purpose only. There is no after market source that I know of. Most of us have to resort to using transparent clear elements (panels, brick without bottom tube, round bricks etc). You might want to check with a clear plastics manufacturer if they can custom make display pieces for you.

Found two poly bags at Target (Southdale-Winnipeg) - Friends Ice Cream Stand and Christmas train. There was a shelf labeled for the elf guard but there weren't any bags. Will have to check back again in a couple of days. Found them in the Seasonal/Christmas department.

In Manitoba the only poly bags are at TRU. I have noticed on the Elf Guard poly bags are being listed in Canada. I will have to check our local Target and see if there are any to be found.

TLG was discussing a change in the number of minifigures per box. Will series 10 only be available in a smaller box of 30 figs (containing 1 complete set of 16 figs and 14 random others)? It will be interesting to find out if the distribution of the random figs is different for every case.

Bought almost 2 complete sets at TRU Regent in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. They had 12 cases on Friday. Still have to find two cops. Haven't seen them at other Trus in the city or Walmarts.

Hi my name is Richard and I have collected most of the 9V series, RC and PF Trains. My favorite LEGO trains are the Santa Fe Super Chief, Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) GP-38 Locomotive, Emerald Night and Maersk. train. I wonder why LEGO hasn't changed the RC train line to PF Trains. I know both series are remote control but they have very different components. I have also founded our LUG in Winnipeg, Manitoba (MBLUG -mblug.org). We have several LEGO train fans in our group and we had our biggest collaborative show in November 2012 (over 500 sq feet of 9V layout with double rails circling the outside perimeter of the layout. I have to say there is a bond thats formed when you meet other AFOLs and TFOLs in your area.

Is the Mirkwood elf guard a US exclusive? I am in Canada and have been waiting since November for them to arrive at our TRU. I would like to have at least 12 of these. Too bad TRU does not ship this poly internationally.
