I understand what your saying, I think its one of a number of AFOLs dreams SW based. I don't think it's ever going to happen as you said, nothing action based happend there.

I don't see the fascination with the hangar set. For it to be worthwhile it would need to be able to fit a Y-Wing and X-Wing in it. Have several room include some iconic characters that kids may not feel strongly about.

I didn't take a tone, I offered an opinion that your original post was rather pointless. If you find a tone in my post apologies, if I get a notification of a reply that says plainly 'I'm not going to say how I know that this is occuring' your original statement becomes baseless as there is no burden of proof. It becomes a waste to tag/reply to say nothing at all, there was no value being added. Effectively you are asking us to believe you out of pure convenience. I offered some constructive suggestions at the end. I was not trying to offend.

I feel like your statement becomes baseless then. Its an un substantiated claim without qualification. If your concerned about taking something from a public forum and reposting it on another social media page perhaps saying nothing is best. It is basically 'clickbait'. Perhaps its best if you say 'big chain' or small independent store, something more substantial.

Catalogue that has been sent to people doesn't include half of the sets... Also some people that I know have friends in retail stores who have said all that they are getting are Yodas fighter, battle of Naboo and the 2 construction figs (RO sets already released)

Not surprised Australia didn't get the Phantom 2.0 as none of the rebels made it into release here second half last year except the frigate, Vaders Tie versus A-wing and Capt Rex's AT-TE didn't make it here either. As the show is only shown on Pay TV I guess kids weren't seeing it as much as CW.

@Kevii23 thanks for the information. Like the sound of the sets as well. Dissapointed that the rathtars are brick built and possibly not whole, however that many minifigs are good. FO battle pack sounds good also.

Part of me hopes @makoy is wrong and we don't get technic vehicles to go with buildable figures, I don't think they would look sensational. Hoped to be proven wrong. Personally I'd rather TLG focus on making good system sets. They didn't do technic for a really long time and previous sets although character based (mindstorms aside) didn't reall hit the mark.

I'd be interested too. Could have far reaching implications for how people shop.

On some of the rumours discussed above... I like the idea of a Tie Bomber (if it eventuates) agree with @ChiefPie in that an updated original is long overdue, although I'd take any new tie design at the moment. With respect to the Rathtar's set, I would actually like to see a moulded creature, I think it leaves room for a possible corridor set up... Oh another question, how does one get those cool Star Wars pics at the bottom, I read the FAQ's and it seems rather subjective...

They're not horrible prices atm, waiting on final images before I cast a proper judgement.

I've seen the sets that were leaked a couple of days ago. I like the design of the new freemakers sets, they're different and that is a good thing. The clone wars tank doesn't look as big as the original from the image I saw. Hopefully it functions well.
