  1. The new lines of castle and space are intended to be a "return to roots" effort by LEGO. Both lines got direct suggestions and input from Ambassadors... and even hands on design by 2 (Grand Admiral concepting out the only spaceship in the new mars line). Well, the jury is still out on how classic the new mars line is. But when we saw some preliminary pics of the castle, we all said about the same thing... "EWW CASTLE." No no, that was later. We all said, "man that really has the spirit of old castle, I like it, I want to get it for the good parts." Every one said it. Well I just happened to see the 7093 set available and went ahead and got it. It's got lightning bits, an 3vil wizard with 3vil hat, new robot arms, and white exoforce arms. Plus new bley slopes. It's really designed well and was a fantastic fun build. my website has the pics (but they didn't exactly order correctly on upload) http://pre.classic-space.com/?m=L7 Please try flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/fazoom/sets/72157600233042620/ The webcomic starts here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/fazoom/505192108/ Hope you enjoy!
  2. Hi guys, I built a ship from table scraps and my "weird piece presort" bucket. It started with a couple prebuilt engine scraps and a canopy from Rock Raiders. It's a junker "space tramp" type ship. Hope you enjoy. Story is at: http://pre.classic-space.com/?m=s1 Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/fazoom/sets/72157600120549567/ Enjoy. (oh check out the little load lifter and cargo about halfway in the pics... it's kinda fun).
  3. Reports of a 3vil Cap Ship advantage has prompted the design and production of the Skull Hunter. The first is piloted by Lt. Lucky McCharm. It's got a a buncha weapons, and a buncha armor. A fun adventure into snottiness. Yay for pic a brick for having those old grey arches a while back! Click me for FUN!
  4. Another Review from the land of PCS. This time Fazoom finds himself in the land of Avatar. There's some tasty curves and slopes in here. Most themes can find some good bits here and there. Air Fortress on PCS Check it out.
  5. Here it is kids... the final Spongebob set in the line. Good set for the price point. They made it fun for the kiddos! KK on PCS Lemme know what you think!

  12. Here is my newest creation. PCS HOP-B.A.T. is a recon craft and explorer. A Hopper like the HOPLab in its engine configuration and an armed military recon scout in it's functionality. Check it out at: HOP-B.A.T. My brithday present was a day of uninterrupted LEGO time... I got a couple projects started, but was able to get this out in about 4 hours. (tried to go with different canopies... built and rebuilt the cockpit a bunch, couldn't get it to work). It is directly copied from this: FLEDERMAUS Fine model from a cool line of models from the early to mid 80' (and still around in other forms today).
  13. Here's a couple of new ships. First is the S.P.A.T. http://pre.classic-space.com/?m=spat And also the Astro One, Presidential Transport.* http://pre.classic-space.com/?m=a1 Both were faily quick builds. the A1 has too steep of a ramp in the back but at this point I'm not changing things... got some Gotham to build.
  14. Darn it... I musta clicked on the wrong title for this post. It shoulda been "A Rocket returns to service... dispensing JUSTICE" Oh well. Thanks Autofill.
  15. Looks like building season is on!! http://pre.classic-space.com/?m=zark Here's the latest Star Ranger's ship to be put on 3vil Alert. It's actually out of retirement. Captain Fazoom has asked his Dad, Bufford T. Justice Fazoom to come back into active duty to help fight 3vil. His Zark 7 rocket is reborn as the Zark-7 Phoenix. Hope you enjoy it, it's fun to swosh around.
  16. Well the look I wanted needed that part to stay solid. The Door moves and is grey, the hull is yellow and solid and doesn't. There's a large opening there, lots of stuff can go in... I mean they're loading an ambulance fer goodness sake.
  17. This is Denarius. It's a big, slow hunka spacebrick that'll tote a buncha stuff across the galaxy! Visit http://pre.classic-space.com/?m=den and lemme know whatcha think!
  18. Thanks for checking this MOC out! Glad you guys enjoyed it! Those white bits up front are infact snowboard ramps. They are sitting sideways studs in, so each side has studs facing each other. A rather odd arangement to get sturdy... but it worked. As to it's "whooshability" and stability, it's rather sturdy. You can't pick it up like a baseball bat, but if you pick it up on the greeblie center and balance it with the other hand it doesn't sqeek or sqawk at all. It's got an interwoven technic beam structure under most of that. Anyway, thanks for lookin in. Keep buildin' em space! (and visit www.classic-space.com on occasion!)
  19. Come on over and check out my new ship the LL-M1 Doulos. Doulos on pre.classic-space.com Hope you enjoy it!
  20. SLAM kits for sale. Limited run. http://www.bricklink.com/store.asp?p=legoo...&itemID=4618037 When these are gone, I'll auction any remaining sets and sell the leftover parts on BRICKLINK.
  21. Is this just a hobby, or are you in business? Lego is for fun. It's cool to have folks playin' with a set you designed!
  22. I don't have a line into Kjeld's office or anything... but I can point out and report on opinion to the group and Jake.
  23. Yes it's my design. A couple guys John Riley and Jon Palmer did the Ldrawing and instructions. Anton Raves put it and my HopLab model in a great movie that's on Ldraw.org.
  24. The backgrounds are used BY PERMISSION from this site www.space4case.com. Good boy! Be shocking if you ripped of someone elses work without permission and passed it as your own. What does the creator of the images think of your work? If you know that is. He likes the stuff. He's a cool guy and a bit fan o' space.
