Yeah!!you got me hooked on my MOC ships I have nearly finished the Kraken now I must have taken her apart 4 times though changing things haha. When I first started collecting pirate I just wanted to get as many Imeprial blue coats as possibel but I got bored after 170 or so I think the MOC's are much more of a laugh!! garrrrrr

Hi Gen Knowledge It's been a while since I have posted until today been really really busy.... Anyway that is some army!!! Are you going to give them weapons and accessories? and I love the cooks if you did a big camp area with them all cooking and soldiers queing up for scran that would be amuzing.

Hi yeah I have made soem more progress to the ship I have started on the cpt's quarters whis has stairs from the lower deck leading to it and underneath that on the lower deck isa small stores with barrels ect.. if you know what I mean I will get some pics posted of my progress... soon she will be ready to rule the waves...................

Hi Norrington I am spending about an 1 hr a day at the minute as I go along I will probably change my mind about certain bits if you know what I mean, I am not sure weather to use original lego sails at the minute or make some of my own hmmm decisions decisions......

Yeah at the moment it's a wreck but I have salvaged it from the very depths of the ocean and it's going to be re-born as the Kraken...

haha yeah no what you mean how long you been collecting matey? I'm not sure how big I want to build my army doubt it will ever be as big or as impressive as Bonapartes he's got some great armies!! I started up thinking I was going to do a massive scene in the loft with an armada of ships(so far only have 5 ) and build a big island with a beach,jungle and Aztec buildings(keep dreaming) I have got loads of parts that Ihave been buying but just havent got round to doing anything yet.....

Hi Dreamweb yeah god I would hate to guess how many have been made I would hazard a guess at a few million anybody else warrent a guess at how many red and blue coats were made by Lego?

Yeah it takes time to build up an army and lots of money!! I didnt stumble across this lot I bought them in groups, off ebay and I had to pay alot for them not sure why they always go for so much..I have got about 20 more that need sorting out mixed redcoats and blue coats I have about 200 in total. I am going to sort out my pirate army as well, with my native army. Maybe I will make a lego island hehe I wish!!!!

Hi Captain Peg Leg Yeah I think I have too many generals and officers they would probably end up fighting each other.... I currently ue PIXresizer .when I upload pics whats the best size to attach?

Here's a few pics of some of my Blue coats and Red coats this is the start to my army, they are mainly all out of order and not yet tied to a regiment if you look at the cutlass soldiers they are all out of order but I am going to work on these and get them into units. Also my commanders look a bit confused thats why they have alot of personal guard behind them. I think I have got something to work with here let me know what you think I will keep posting my pics as they get into order ready to defeat any invading pirates garrrrrr Sorry just struggling reducing my images haha I will get used to it eventually with a bit of trial and error

Hi. Great to hear from everyone!! keep on building I am just about to start building my first ship, not sure how it will turn out as I have only ever built ships from sets!! It will probably take me forever as well as I only have a couple of hours a day to spare to build it!! wish I had all day :0(
