O.... i havent been to Myer's toy section for 2 monthes.. since like you said, the selection of Lego is quite crap in Myer store...(except 10194 in the past) Briville<-----I dont know who will buy this

I saw 7079 and 7097 in Brisbane City's Toy's world. it's 69.99 for 7079 and 149.99 for 7097.... :P....prices just like S@H .... btw, does 7079 exclusive to Toy's World?

249 for Endor? crazy... i saw that begins with 199$, and if now turns to 249...which means it mark up 50$.... i wont buy any lego from Toyworld from now on...i just feel like being stolen 50$ from them. also i saw 230$ for Venator class in K-mart as well, and ..which i feel reidiculous... it seems they started to sell lego in that way ...first mark up the price, then give you guys 15-20% off... great~such an amazing pricing strategy... i will be happy if i am K-mart CEO, not being a customer

i love the tic tac toe rather than pirates battle pack.... the BP is not suitable for bulk buying...imagine....if you buy ten ....you get ten birckbeard....ten monkey.....forming monkey armies? and that reminds me the troll impulse set. buy 10 troll impulse and you get ten troll + 10 mice.....man....what can i do with that ten mice? served as food? also each side of the BP only got one single weapon. pirate got a pistol and imperials got one musket. so how about the govenor and the brickbeard? using the flag to wheck each other?

nice & detail review I am impressed by the machanism of the carousel....it just amazing.... but please considered not be stereotyping and blame the peel off of the sticker sheet is because of "MADE IN CHINA" that is quite offending as there are people from different country.

Great Minifig design~ however the ancient Chinese minifig shouldnt got pig tail as that is for Qing Dynasty I swear..

report~ no need to wait for the 2 of july to get the new Venator Classs star destroyer (8039) 198$. i already brought one from the BIGW store at Brisbane City (5 avaliable) 8036 (seperatists shuttle) can be find in the Sunnybank K-mart 56$. (not check indo's yet) Price r really expensive! 56$ for a such thin and light set. all new city's set is also avaliable in the Sunnybank K-mart as well (7641, 7639, 7638, 8402, 7686, 7642) and one Powerminer set Rock Wecker (8963) is avaliable as well.

i think it would be something like lifting a cable car, moving the wheel and the small miner cable will move

Great review! your review help me alot in deciding which i have to choose. i have to admit the box art looks really attractive~ before i read your review~ i thought this set is sweet~ And....Oops....after hv a look at the side pictures. i am pretty sure i have to rate this set a "POOR". First, the minifigs are not impressed, actually i hate the face of the SP. Second, the alien 's speeder looks really bad and not finished~ i can build a creeeepy one like that as well~ why i need to pay for that? Third, the design of the cockpit are really bad~ those technic pieces are fine~ but it just simply too expose! conclustion: i dont know what 's happening to the design of lego theme in 2009~ City are cool and keeps on high design standard. "First" wave of Powerminers are cool as well ( i know someone hate those color, but the Crystal sweeper is well designed with lot's of stuff can play with). However, it seems that the sets which are going to release after june looks quite poor in average~ ( Second wave Powerminer, Agents, and this SP3 looks really badly design in average )

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! that one i am sure is fr kid's market, not for adult like me~ May be it 's popular in EU, US...but i dont think lot of people in Asia heard of it i prefer the return of BATMAN, rather than that weird license

I probably just go and grap the crystal king set instead of these.... i have to admit that the box art is lying! damn lying! i thought it is going to be a huge one....but after watch those pictures.... the width of the machine, not acceptable! look thin and easily pushed by the monster. and from the side picture.....what am I suppose to do with that "GAP" nothing sepcail , no function. only few technic brick r used to conncet the vehicle body and the back wheels. simply miserable! GOD! i am impressed by how awesome the mine sweeper, driller are from the first release of PM. although i am not a PM fans, i still support TLC by picking up 8961 and 8959. BUT noW! TLC also impress me by giving a not so complete set~ i feel sorry about that..

it just okay if it just only a game for console~ i think it would be great if there are some cool parts or minifigs release~ but ...one think i am pretty sure is i probably only buy the figs not the whole set~ btw....what are those zits like thing on the torso of the minifig ? i cant figure out what it is even i studied it for more than 5 times...

i think TLC would be use tricks like.... announce the licence ended 2011.. then we guys like crazy buying sets to collect (it might clear the stock of SW sets which did not sell very well, which TLC love to see this happed ) or lots of BP to build up our army and stuff TLC 's pocket at the same time. After the license ended for two years or shorter, announce the reintroduce of the SW line!!!! :skull: :skull: :skull: and we guys continue buy the coming up sets. PS: if i am one of the decision maker of the TLC, i ABSOLUTELY do so.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

absolutly i will pass this one! I know there will be lots of sticker, but i thought there still got some printed part included. However, when i saw the sticker sheet, it makes me annoyed and so disappointed! republic logo....bla bla bla coz......even the glasses of the control room is apply with sticker! I would be thousand more time please if it is printed! it just so MEAN! nothing special about the minifgs. only 6 clone +2 pilot! 8...well ...if it is include adi mundi or other jedi it will looks more attractive.. why dont i grab 2 BP, one 8019 and V-19 torrent!? Jesus......extra 2 gunner and mace... why dont i buy 7676 & 7675 instead of this? i can get awesome MF from those.....rex, anakin, ahsoka, cody, ventress, obi wan..... save the $ and grab those relase at second half of the year...

i probably just pass on this set.... coz the price is a bit...too over it.. AND!!!!!!!!!STICKER!!!!!! can someone tell me how it looks like without sticker? horribly plain.... can TLC considered putting more printed part on it instead of mark the price incredibly high? I dont mind to pay that price if more printed part were included!! i know it is impossible to have whole set without any single sticker... but at least i thought value those customer who pay a lot on SW series...

Latest UPDATE!!! 7637 Farm (Farm series) had confirmed appear in Garden cities' s K-mart (QLD). 100% real DJ, Big W no sign of it, i think still have to wait.

AWESOME review and the set itself as well! nice speeder and nice MF. u cant really say that evaporator thing is useless. i thought that looks quite good IMHO. THAT IS THE SET WE WANT ! TLC!

Nice review! If the star war set we have now got so many printed part like 7186 did, we probably had less complaint on the sticker and become more acceptable on the price we have to pay. :angry: + I WANT THAT WATTO!!!!

where did you find it? i mean the magna guard ship and the Droid GS. BTW I am looking for : 10+(20?i am not sure yet.)
