I'd like to see The Malazan Book of the Fallen, or, slightly more realistic here but still exceedingly unlikely, R.A. Salvatore's stuff for Forgotten Realms.

I definitely agree with this. I'm well past the point where I need my missiles to actually hit anything. What I do need is a dearth of intrusive mechanisms.

I wanted to be repulsed by this idea but I find myself apathetic. Not even ambivalent. What difference does it make at this point? Hey, if these new movies are cool (which I consider unlikely,) then that's swell. If they're not, we still have our OT. Maybe we'll even get proper OT releases sans Dewbacks? Basically what I'm saying is, my expectations are lower than zero. And that's a good thing, I suppose.

Picked up the Imperial V Wing for 10 bones at Target the other day. I'm a big fan of the set, and I think it's got solid figures but I couldn't justify dropping $20 on it. $10 was a no-brainer. I also picked up a clone battle pack. Been away from the game for a bit so I'm looking to shore up my forces. Came close to pulling the trigger on the Malevolence but I knew I would have felt terrible about that later.
