    Are you using the train remote with the basic kit. If so in what way does it improve the steering.

    Further to my earlier post I realise there are PDF files showing the parts and the quantity required but what I am really looking for is a BSX file.

    If I wanted to attempt to build this particular crane is it better to purchase the 42009 first and then get the other parts required or just purchase the parts required.

    Thanks Brendan, just what I wanted. I think that makes the scale around 1:18. David

    I've already tried that, but it is rather difficult to see the whole of the units that make up the length and height. I was hoping that someone who has one of these models could just put a ruler over it. I am trying to see if it's an appropriate scale to go with a 1/14 scale forklift model.

    Does anyone know what the scale is of the 8109 Flatbed. If not can anyone tell me the overall length of the truck and the height of the cab. Thanks
