  1. Dragonator, on whach square is the Dragon Masters capitol? My character is going there to find some clues and possibly meet up with other characters. He will be there for a few days and maybe a week. Silent Help
  2. Troll: I bet you can't play that bugle. Dwarf: Oh yea? Well, I bet you can't ride that bike.
  3. My guess would be that if they are also on horseback or in a carriage then you would go one square at a time. However if they are actually walking then you probably need to go 1/2 a square per day. Could some one please confirm this? Silent Help
  4. Here are a couple of reasons to tone down you character alot. Number one, we aren't trying to kill each other, but work together. From your point of view all you need is servants. Number two, a god? All that is left for your character to do is take over the entire world. (I think a god would qualify as something not allowed, considering we can not be dragons or talking monsters.) Another thing to note is that no one else completely controls a faction. The closest would be Dragonator. Ok, so you don't completely control over it, but you are still insanely powerful. (You are more powerful than the dark wizard.) Please consider making a new character, even though the one you have now is great. Thank you, for participating in this Role Playing Game. Silent Help
  5. i - 7, Still heading east to dragon lands. Edmond and Armod were still on their way to the Dragon Master capitol. Edmond was starting to get frustrated with the details of the plan. He couldn't quite figure out how to check all the dragons. He had thought about asking the caretakers, but that could take awhile. So his thoughts ran until a brilliant idea came to his mind. But, I will not discuss that right now, as it's better to be a surprise. Before I go on with this scene I feel obligated to inform you that Edmonds sole amusement when he was younger was to practice his fighting skills. With that in mind, Edmond and Armod were traveling quickly as they were unfamiliar with the country, being strangers there. Suddenly they were jumped by four strange men. Edmond reached down with his left hand and grabbed the handle of his throwing axe in a quick reaction. Armod also noticed the attackers and flipped his spear over the saddle and caught on of his attackers in the chest killing him before the assailant could finish his blow. Hearing someoneones footsteps running up to him he wheeled his horse around to find a sword coming at his waist. He pushed himself back off the saddle to the rear of the horse only barely missing the stab. With a quick roll he dismounted his horse on the opposite side of his attacker. Drawing his sword Armod jumped to his feet and began a fierce duel with his antagonist. While Armod was fighting two of the assailants Edmond had grabbed his throwing axe and had thrown it catching the attacker in the throat, killing him instantly. Quickly preparing his shield and spear he then charged his last opponent much like a knight would with a lance. I might go on to add all the little things about the charge to make it seem glorious, but it wasn't. All that happened was that the marauder got the spear in his head. He never did stand much chance against a spear held by an expert warrior who was on horse back. As soon as this unfair tournament was over Edmond rode over to the guy he killed with his axe and bending over drew it out of the body while he was riding. He then rode over to where Armod was still fighting the last attacker. Using the handle of the axe hit the poor fellow sending him to his dreams. Armod then looked at Edmond and asked. "You didn't kill him, did you?" Edmond then replied. "No, when he wakes up we will question him though. Tie him up and then let us move these bodies out of the way." He concluded. They then proceeded to destroy all the traces of astruggle, for they didn't want to anger the inhabitants. While thus employed Edmond noticed that none of them carried any sign of where they came from, except one solitary letter that was encoded. But as he didn't have the cipher it was unhelpful. Burying the dead they stripped them of all their valuables. Their only valuables were money and a couple of rings, which were very generic and would be hard to trace. The only thing else worth noting in this encounter was that they only carried swords, probably because they were easy to conceal. Silent Help Caution, quick edit is evil.
  6. Thank you very much, it sounds familiar. But so that my mind can be at rest, I ask that you can tell me where it may be found. (My mind likes to solve puzzles and it gets bothered when it fails.) Silent Help
  7. Does anybody know how far a character can move in one day on foot, on horse back, and on a dragon? I've looked, but I couldn't find anything. I was guessing 1 square per day on foot, 2 on horse back, and 3 if you are on a dragon Silent Help
  8. It really gets difficult when you get into alot of action and players are forced to communicate with each other. To much or not enough is bad. I think this comes down to the game masters decision and the players wisdom. I have bad news, my sister has the camera so until I get it back, no pictures of my character. Silent Help
  9. I may not be familier with all the rules in this rp. But, all the ones I have been in allowed the players to play the others characters. If they asked permission of the player. Or if it was agreed upon beforehand. Because it can get slow and boring if it goes like this: Day one: RP player 1. Post 1 Hey, whats up! RP player 2. Post 1 I came to see if you want to help me. RP player 1. Post 2 Sure, did you bring the plans? Day 2: RP player 2. Post 2 Of course I did, what do you expect? ... The small talk will kill you. I'd like to know for sure though. So lets wait. Also, if anyone wants to join my party or if our parties are going to pass each other shoot me a pm. I'm willing to join someone elses party if so desired. Silent Help
  10. H-7 In Viking lands heading east. As Edmond turned to leave his old village he thought of all the things that had happened to him. Why would someone come kill an entire village population, burn the village and then leave with barely any loot? They must have burned the village to destroy evidence. But he was to smart for that. He had found melted gold in some of the smoldering huts, which means they didn’t attack him for his wealth. Although he was wealthy, (At least for a Viking.) the only treasure they took was one of his three buried stashes. (They couldn't find the other ones I guess.) But that must have been a cover up, unless the attackers were looking for something? Now’s not the time to be worried about that though. What he needed to do is find the dragon that made the footprint in the village. It wouldn’t be to difficult if he could convince all the dragons he met to lift up there left foot, as the footprint showed that the culprit had a scar on its foot. Right now he would search Dragon Master Lands first. Of course he had heard rumors that the dragons had been ousted there. He guessed that the dragon that did it would more likely be found in the Fright Knight’s dominion. Edmond was suddenly awoken from his day dreaming by his younger brother Armod saying something. Armod was the son of Alrik, a powerful Viking who could sway many and had a large family. (Here I must interrupt again to inform the less brilliant that this was also Edmonds father.) Although Armod was not as skilled or battle hardened as his brother, he was by no means someone to be laughed at even though he was only seventeen. Armod sported a spear and a sword of a more knightly fashion than was normal for a Viking. His steed was a fine brown mare; although nothing like Edmonds it could still bring a hefty price if sold. Thus thought Edmond that they were ready to meet any challenge that came there way, for Edmond was still rich and Armod was by no means poor. Such was the case when these two travelers and brothers came upon a Viking who was leaving his house. Armod immediately nudged Edmond and told him what he saw. Awaking from his thoughts Edmond said. “I suggest that we keep on our way as we are mounted and will soon catch up to him. When we do we will question him.” Coming up to the Viking the two brothers entered into conversation with this grey bearded man and lightly asked if he had seen any large body of men passing through. The older man noticed that they were interested in this query. So he thought for a moment before answering and then replied. “No, I have not seen any warlike party of men on the move, for I do not believe you looking for a group of farmers.” Here Edmond was about to interrupt when the old man lifted his hand to silence him and then continued. “But, I myself have seen a stranger dressed in our garb going across my field headed to where you came from. I shouted at him to ask why he was here. When he heard me he hurried on his way and refused to look back. If I had been younger I would have forced him answer. But my old legs cannot do that anymore. You may be wondering still, but I have heard rumors from my friends of similar instances.” Edmond then sincerely thanked him for the information and continued on his way.
  11. Name: Edmond Othan Age: 34 Background: He was a ruler of a Viking village that was destroyed in raid while he was away. Before the raid he had amassed considerable amount of wealth for his age. When his village was destroyed the attackers burned the town a killed everybody who was in it. This particularly enraged Edmond as his wife was brutally stabbed to death as if the were trying to get her to tell where he buried his treasure. All the money he has left he devoted to finding his son who was missing among the dead and avenging his wife. Faction: Viking. Class/place in hierarchy: Leader, raider and warrior. In an overall well respected position. Equipment: Spear, red shield with dragon on it, and hand or throwing axe. His armor is mainly chain with some metal plates in places. Looks: He looks like a red pawn from the Viking chess set except with brown long straight hair. Other: From some clues he picked up after the destruction of his village he found a dragon footprint in the ground in his village. The attack was also well planned and executed with skill because there were no survivors, which has given him some ideas on where to look. Also one of his younger brothers is traveling with him, more on his brother later. I'll try to get pics up soon. Silent Help
  12. Just curious, but do you like silent movies Asuka? Yes, castle is one one of the best new themes I've seen in awhile. Only new theme that comes close is city.
  13. Hmmm, why couldn't you ask an easy question? I'll try to shorten my reply as much as possible. Taking out all the fillings I got this name in a multiplayer online game where many of the players were snobs and I didn't want to be classified like them. So I picked this name as it sounded friendly and unoffending. It worked. That seemed incredibly short compared to I thought the story would be. May I ask you the same question? I'm just joking and I'm leaving it up to your descretion to answer the way you see fit. Silent Help
  14. Wow, I am pleased to say that I will help pay your bills with all the money I have in my pockets. Oh wait, I have none on me. Thank you, I have every intention of enjoying my stay. Not in a bad way. Silent Help
  15. Well, I'm a very secretive person who doesn't like to share much about anything. Just kidding, I got started in legos by my older brother who was a big fan the town theme. I followed his example inbecoming a lego fan. My first theme that I really liked was the western theme. I got some sets I used them so much now they are all floppy... not from being rough with them. I never broke them, just to much posing and slicing off lego heads I suppose. With the end of that line and the beginning of things like jack stone and galidor I lost interest in legos, but only for awhile. I started getting interested again in legos about the time the clone turbo tank came out. Which sparked my interest for Star Wars legos. I have since been buying them avoiding fleshies until Indiana Jones sets came out. When I finnally bought my first fleshies, my stomach revolted so bad when I got them that I decided to never buy a lego set that had a fleshie in it again. Which has spured me to look into the castle line. Which ends my story. I believe you Stauder. Silent Help
  16. Oops, I've already double posted. Sorry.
  17. This looks like it will be fun. You can count me in. I'll put up a character description on the other thread later. One thing nice about RP's it that they promote interaction with the players. Not a my character is best type attitude. Silent Help
  18. This where I inform you Silent Help is here. That should be pretty obvious, so nevermind. I think the best thing I can do right now is say hello. Then introduce myself as Silent Help. While I'm introducing myself I would like to say that I have been watching eurobricks for awhile and I was impressed on how well the members behaved themselfs and used common sence. So I'd like to thank all of you, including the mods who are doing a great job. Silent Help
