I'd still remove the purple, but you fixed the exhausts simply yet effectively. I'm not a big fan of the landing gear, but it gets the job done. Which way do they retract? And finally, the extra guns are a nice touch at the tips of the wing. Nice work :-)

So you wish for me to head for Tatooine and not help out VM? Fine...but it'll be a detour, so it'll cost you extra... You're lucky the Hutt thinks highly of me. Should make things a lot easier for me...

I think they just changes it for the European release, since Ras' set also had these rims...or Yoda just has a weird batch of Batman sets :-P

I like it. As for the exhausts...I usually stick cones up there, but I usually have the 'engine' the other way around...not sure if it'll look good in your MOC too. And for landing gear...how about attaching some battle droid arms to the gun with the transgreen piece up top? You would have to find a place to add the final piece of landing gear somewhere up front though... And I'd personally remove the purple grille tiles. They don't fit IMO. Or don't remove them but add a bit more purple, so they don't look out of place.

I've noticed the difference between darkbley and black is often near impossible to see. Very annoying... Same story for the pearl colors. The Wookie Attack had small cones in pearl and grey. I thought my set was missing a pearl cone, only to fiind out (after like, 15 minutes) that I'd used a pearl one where I should've used a grey one...

Well he did have over 900 years to make money so I guess he has quite some reserves ;-)

Not a spreadsheet or anything, but how about using 3 of these? You would also need 3 of it's counterpart of course, but Peeron treats them as 2 pieces. You could also use the 1/3 version, of course.
